Paragon Honda - Service Center

All my experiences at the Paragon Honda Dealer have been incredible especially at the service department. Once I get there Mr. Anthony Petito takes care of me immediately. I have to say that I am happy and satisfied with the service that I get everytime I go there. Dealing with Mr. Anthony Petito at the Honda service department has been a great experience. Anthony has the total respect of all the service guys at the desks and every single one of the mechanics in the bay area- you can visibly watch it as he is in that area a lot and and you see how the men talk to him. Why? Because he's a good guy, strong, smart, knows cars in and out and a superb handler of people, very human. Maybe a missing element in a high tech world, which he is part of, too, of course. A very human human being. You couldn't ask for more in a person than this man who has been at Paragon a number of years, took over from another gentleman, Mr Weiss. Anthony just takes care of everyone in the smartest and nicest possible way. All the staff in this area just enjoy being around him... a HUGE asset to the Paragon dealership and everyone from Mr. Benstock down knows that. He's a real gem. I even like visiting there (who really wants to get service? it's like going to the doctor without insurance) to see and say hello to Anthony. I had a fantastic customer service experience with Paragon Honda. I brought my 2002 VW Jetta into be serviced because I was having problems starting it and because the driver side mirror had been bro Paragon Honda. From the moment I arrived at Paragon, I received amazing service. Anthony Petito, the service manager, couldn't have been more helpful. He communicated with me throughout the process - telling me exactly what they were doing to my vehicle, what they had found, how they were fixing it, and making sure that I received the best price for the required parts. When my car was returned to me personally by Nestor Dure, one of the service technicians, I hardly recognized it, it looked like a new car! Not only had the repaired the vehicle, they had cleaned it up from top to bottom. My car is driving better and looking better than it has in years. Thank you so much Paragon Honda, I will be back!! I like the dealership because first of all that's where I bought my car. I have not gone anywhere to service my car but to Paragon. Service department always dependable to provide you with number one service and customer care. Never had any complain or problem when they say they will have my car ready by cetain time frame they always de number one service and customer care.
