Having my vehicle services at Paragon is always a pleasant experience. From the minute I arrive, I am greeted by name by my service adviser and am taken into a comfortable waiting area with remarkabl pleasant experience. All work is explained to me in detail and nothing is done without my permission. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work done is top notch. My service adviser, Edwin C. is a true gentleman and treats me with courtesy and respect. The manager, Anthony P. is an asset to Paragon. He does an outstanding job at coordinating the service department and is always willing to chat with a customer. It is truly an honor to deal with such professionals at Paragon Honda. I have been going to Paragon for the past four years and will definitely return in the future. More

We recently had a warrenty issue with a 2009 Honda We recently had a warrenty issue with a 2009 Honda Accord. Paragon Honda didn't agree. They wouldn't fix the car under the warrenty, insisting that we pay for the work!. The first few people that we dealt with in the service department were very unhelpful to say the least. We finally talked to Anthony Petito who helped to resolve all of our service issues immediately. The honda was fixed within 24 hours. We are happy with the service that we received at Paragon Honda and would definitely go back. More
Late saturday nigth my wife tells me: the information panel on the dashboard of our two month old Odyssey beeped and flashed "Low battery see manual". Now it's sunday morning and I'm thinking: now where do I go? I looked up on the Internet to see if there is any dealership in the area that has a service center open on sunday and found out that Paragon Honda service is open on sunday. I showed up with no appointment,and within less then five minutes I was approached, I stated my problem and was being helped by a representative named Anthony. He had my car checked out, assured me that there was no problem at the moment then had the panell reset and told me to just brink the car back for servicing if the problem arose again. All of this and within half an hour I was on my way back home. (Did I mentioned it was sunday morning and I had no apponintment?) More
I purchased an Odyssey from Paragon a few years ago and have always used them to service it. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I receive from Anthony Petito and my service advisor, Angel Cruz. have always used them to service it. I guess this is why you should never neglect your car and stay on top of servicing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Paragon Honda has been servicing my cars (even non-Honda cars) for years. They always have my car ready when promised. The worse service I ever had. If you want to be ignored and mistreated, go to Paragon Honda Woodside Parts Department. I have a Honda Ridgeline, my wife has a Honda Civic and most of my friends have Hondas and mistreated, go to Paragon Honda Woodside Parts Department. I have a Honda Ridgeline, my wife has a Honda Civic and most of my friends have Hondas. Honda is been recognized as a top brand not only for its durable cars but also for its great customer service. Today, I changed my mind about its customer service when I went to the parts department just to request some "rubber blades" for my cars. What did I say? rubber blades, well it seems that the part department person does not know what that is. His name is Kelvin and after making fun of my request he corrected me and with a very bad attitude he said: you want an "insert". I said to him that every time I want those rubber things for the blades I ask for a rubber blade, he kept on having his bad attitude and said that I was wrong, I needed some "inserts". After feeling as an ignorant I decided to not buy what I was looking for and leave this place, he did not even care and called up the next customer. His attitude irritated me since I do not want another customer to be treated like this any more. I decide to call a manager, he did not even paid me attention, I almost had to scream requesting a manager until someone from the back came over and presented as the manager his name was Paul. I asked him that I wanted some rubber blades for my cars and he did not understand either, he said you want some inserts, I said to him I was not sure of the exact name of the part but it was the rubber thing that comes with the blade, he said that those things are called inserts. Finally, I got my parts, I left the place and on my way home I decided to take a look at the receipt and what a surprise when I saw the name of the part on the receipt is Rubber Blades. This only proofs that Kelvin was trying to make fun of me and that he just wanted to take a bad attitude at me. I am also surprised that the manager did not know how the part are called. All in all, I am not coming back to this place. It used to be my favorite but I rather go somewhere else. I like going to Honda to get the genuine parts but to be treated like garbage I rather go to Autozone or Strauss, I pay less and I do not think they treat you in such rude way. More
