I have been taking my car to Paragon Honda for service for about 3 years now. The very first time I went in, I needed to have my left side mirror fixed. When I got my car back, I had a new mirror but it w for about 3 years now. The very first time I went in, I needed to have my left side mirror fixed. When I got my car back, I had a new mirror but it wasn't working correctly. I let the service desk know and Anthony Petito assisted me in getting the work fixed. He was very friendly and personable. He took my car back and fixed the problem. But the way he handled it and has handled my business for the past 3 years is the reason why I keep coming back to Honda. He makes bringing my car in for service a pleasant experience, because in the past it has been something I have always dreaded. I mean, who enjoys taking their car in for service? Anyways, he treats his customers with such kindness and is completely diligent in making sure you are happy with the work. I even moved an hour away and still drive all the way to Queens because I wont take my car anywhere else. More
I took my 03 Odyssey I'm for servicing on June 22nd and had the pleasure of working with Edwin Chiong and Anthony Petito. As a longtime customer of Paragon, I cannot rave enough about how great their s and had the pleasure of working with Edwin Chiong and Anthony Petito. As a longtime customer of Paragon, I cannot rave enough about how great their service department is. My service advisor always greets me with a smile and by name. The service manager is always friendly and hospitable. They truly treat you like family. I drive quite a distance and ignore closer dealerships in favor of visiting Paragon for service and repair of my Odyssey. I will continue to work with Anthony and Edwin as they are absolute gentlemen. More

By far, paragon is the worst dealer in NYC. My experience with them has been nothing but unpleasant, simply HORRIBLE!!!, I wouldn’t want anyone experiencing what I have. I encountered issues the first day I with them has been nothing but unpleasant, simply HORRIBLE!!!, I wouldn’t want anyone experiencing what I have. I encountered issues the first day I purchased a 08 Honda Accord Coupe EX V6. Paragon uses a body shop located on Northern and 57th St, this place uses the cheapest type of paint and the quality of work is absolutely horrendous; they painted the wrong fender and used the wrong color of paint!!! Paragon sided with the shop and had them work on my car for a second time; they made the issue even worst. “Joe” the used cars manager provided nothing but horrible service, all he did was “attempt” to make the customer happy, until the customer leaves the lot, then you are SCREWED. My second mistake was having my car serviced there (31st Ave), they over charge for labor, they replaced a part that didn’t need to be replaced, according to Honda it should be replaced at 110,000 miles, paragon replaced it at 45,000 miles because it showed “cracking”, I only drive my car on the weekends!!!! And to top it off they left two (2) huge deep scratches on the passenger door!! What did the service advisor tell me: “It happens”; Really? That’s how much you care about your customers? If you don’t want headaches, problems with your car, TERRIBLE service, and get screwed over STAY AWAY from paragon. The biggest thievery is NYC by far. More

I received a wonderful service and attention to my concerns (the car needed new tires), and was treated with undersatnding. I trully believe, that Anthony Petito who, was helping me, was just a great listener, and the communicator to have everything done in timely and professional manner. I absolutely recommend this dealership and service department to those who can't make up their mind. And to those who didn't have a positive experience with Paragon, just ask yourselves, if that was just one person who din't have the best day at work (it happens to all of us:),and don't give up hope:) More
I had a very pleasant experience during the most recent service for my 2009 Honda Fit. Anthony was very personable, instantly got to the bottom of the problem and even went as far as to give me his person service for my 2009 Honda Fit. The problem was fixed in a reasonable time frame and after I picked up the car I even got a follow up call to check that everything was repaired to satisfaction. I'm from Westchester and I was picking my aunt up at the airport when my car overheated. The closest honda place was Paragon Honda so we towed the car there. Not only did they fix the problem but they found critical problems that Tarrytown Honda had missed when they had done my maintenance earlier that week. Additionally, they inadvertently fixed my CD/clock light which Tarrytown Honda had told me was un-fixable without buying a new radio system! Nick Ram was very nice and helpful to us. I think its safe to say the trip down to Queens from Westchester for maintenance may be totally worth it next time. A+ Paragon Honda, my 98 civic thanks you. More

The entire staff,from the Sevice Advisor to the Cashier and everyone else working there,constantly offers a courteous,competent and professional attitude. A very dedicated Angel Cruz is always ready to provide his exceptional expert advice. This is all because the Service Manager, Mr. Anthony Petito has created and maintained an environment where Customer Relations and Customer Satisfaction are the goals. I have observed Mr. Petito entering this establishment at 5:00 in the morning. As a customer, I see the end results. I have been highly recommending Paragon Honda to all my friends and to others. Mainly because of the Service Satisfaction they are guaranteed under Mr. Petito's stewardship. More

The waiting room has fresh fruit, tea, snacks, newspapers and Apple computers with Internet access. It makes the waiting easier.
