$800+ Estimate for a 2015 Civic with Less than 30K miles I don't normally post reviews of any kind (negative or positive), but my experience today didn't feel right and if I can help someone avoid making a b I don't normally post reviews of any kind (negative or positive), but my experience today didn't feel right and if I can help someone avoid making a bad decision or making a better one, then that's my goal. Came in for an oil change and (possibly) a tire rotation on 4/30. Instead was given an estimate with a slew of additional items that made the bill over $800. I told the female that was helping me, Donna, that I didn't have this type of money right now and asked if these items were really necessary and was told they were. Turns out, I didn't need service on the additional items (Throttle Body, Evap Flush, Coolant Flush) until the 40K, 60K, and 75K mile thresholds after doing my research. They wanted to charge me for a tire rotation when other places don't charge with an oil change. My car only has 28K miles. It didn't feel right to do the ancillary items, so I disagreed on them, but the manager, Mike, forced me to do one (coolant flush) in addition to my oil change, saying that this work was already being done but only 25 min. had passed after my car had gone into the garage. Hard to believe my oil change and tire rotation took that long before performing the coolant flush. On top of this, when my car was "ready" it was parked somewhere else and not even in the garage. It was really strange. I ended up paying $150+ for the coolant flush and $40 for the tire rotation (so $190+), and now I regret it. I came to this service center as a place for trust and recommendations based on necessity and "just because" or to inflate the estimate unnecessarily since they are affiliated with Honda. Never again will I come back. I recommend anyone of thinking to go here to go to another service center with better deals and assurance. More

Was there today to fix a flat and they went out of their way to accomodate me, and deal with an issue in both a professional and considerate manner. Service Manager..i think his name was Mike very warmly greeted me upon arrival and made sure service was expedited. Carlos Cuellar was exceptional, a perfect 10. So polite, helpful, and kind; he definitely met the goal of excellence, from keeping me informed of wait, and resolving an issue in a fair and generous manner. I was advised by service to followup with financial mgr in showroom and Gary Lin was thorough and patient in his explanation to me. He followed up as promised with email and phone call. The service cashier was very kind and helpful as well with wifi. Truly exceptional service and friendly smiles all around from all employees. Great consistency. Thank you Honda Service for making what most consider an inconvenient task or hassle, an experience that should serve as an example to all honda service centers. More
Horrible Experience. I dropped of my car for oil change. They said they will call me when it is ready to pick up. They never call me and they close the center. Incompetent staff in check in I have been a loyal customer of Honda Paragon service but after dealing with the lady, Donna, in the check in area I am not sure if i will ever come I have been a loyal customer of Honda Paragon service but after dealing with the lady, Donna, in the check in area I am not sure if i will ever come back here. She is not helpful at all. She needs to be trained on how to deal with customers. She is just the one checking in the customers and she has the audacity to talk to me that she knows everything. All I need was for them to check the vehicle for safety for me and my family. The Manager, Michael and service tech Nick talked to me and explained to me in a better way about the situation. Paragon honda services should make sure that all of the staff will get a refresher course on how to handle customers appropriately. More

They offered to fix and repaint the damaged area. Although I’ve made my own plans to fix the damage elsewhere, the service manager Alex was accommodating and generous and compensated me for my damage with accessory that I wanted. Overall, Honda’s customer service was helpful in trying to make amends from a disappointing experience and hopefully they will improve with their quality control and workmanship in the near future. 8/8/16 I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Don't let them touch your car! Worst place ever! Brought in my brand new CR-V of one week to replace a rubber piece and glass that already came looking like somebody chewed off a piece of it. Was brought in when they said the part was here and turned out the guy who had to do the job wasn't even there and I was told to come back. Went back and was impressed they called me after 3 hours to say the job was done. BUT when I went to pick up my brand new car....they left glue on the side of my window that was fixed. Service manager helped me clean it off and two scratches were under the glue! !!! They scratched and chipped right through my paint!!!! They probably used the glue to cover up their mistake. I could not believe it!! My brand new car damaged yet again. They offered to touch it up with touch up paint but of course they didn't even have the color! Not only that, there were a handful of fingerprints and handprints and grease all over the side of my car, scratches on my roof, and a stain on my seat. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I didn't even want them to touch my car anymore. How can you leave someone's car a mess with dirt and scratches and even try to cover up a mistake. Don't even have the decency to clean up after the job...so unprofessional. Service manager gave me a trunk spoiler per my request as compensation but sorry I don't trust you with my car..I rather fix the paint myself. Horrible experience. Never had this happened to me before and this is our 4th car from Paragon. Don't bother coming here. Also, you walk in and sometimes no one pays you any mind. More

I wanted one LED of the third brake light fixed. They told me that it took them time to find the right part; although, I eventually opted not to get it fixed as the price was too high with an estimated 1 hour of labor charge to fix one LED. More
