I have to admit that purchasing a car at Paragon Honda with sales professionals such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had. Monica took her time and was patient - to be sure I got with sales professionals such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had. Monica took her time and was patient - to be sure I got the right car for my needs. She kept me updated on the status of the delivery of the vehicle every step of the way. The General Manager, Mike was a pleasure to deal with as well. I never felt pressured. He was actually on his way home for the night when I walked into Paragon at the beginning of a strong snow storm and didn't hesitate to take off his coat and assist me for over an hour. He took me through the financial contract with expert care and professionalism. I can honestly say that although we live closer to another Honda dealership, I would not hesitate to return to Paragon Honda to purchase another vehicle in the future. They made my purchase pleasant, not the hard sell feeling like other dealerships. Thank you for a wonderful deal and experience!! More

Called looking for a 2013 pilot.spoke with salesperson ,salesmen and sales manager.told them was looking for a 2013 ,they ALL stated they had plenty.drove all the way there paid to park.waited 15 minutes ,salesmen and sales manager.told them was looking for a 2013 ,they ALL stated they had plenty.drove all the way there paid to park.waited 15 minutes for salesmen to spoke up for a 1130 appointment.he wrote down 2013 and stated tney have plenty,salesmanager came over and again said plenty and why cont i want a 2014 told him wanted the 2013 honda lease special . Took me to lt and showed me 2014 and i said again 2013 ,he said have plenty in other lot.went back nside and he wanted me to sign a aggre,en that if i like the deal i would buy. I refused and said show me a 2013 .i He came back with sales manager and said only had a 2013 top of line pilot so it would be cheaper to get into a 2014.the old bait and switch . I got up and walked out then they had the nerve to call me back and said they had plenty 2013 to come back . What a bunch of very unprofessional and inexperience people working there. More

I have been bringing my 2003 Honda Accord here ever since the day I purchased it from them. Service has always been outstanding, I always drive away extremely satisfied with a happy smile. Today my service was above and beyond (oil change plus/inspection/detail vehice), My 10 year old car looked, smelled, and drove like I just purchased a brand new car. The detailing even removed milk stains that I thought would never come out. Yet again another wonderful experience! More
