This is my first Honda from this dealership and my families third. I cannot believe how quickly, easy, and enjoyable this experience was. The sales person William was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was my initial point of contact and he definitely made a great impression on me which lead to an enjoyable experience. William did not try to "sell me", instead he talked to me and asked me what I wanted and what was feasible, and a good fit for me. After I dealt with William I met Wendy, the delivery manager, she was incredible! She knew everything about the car I just picked out to buy, and it seemed as if she knew everything about all cars. She was friendly, and really made me feel even happier about the car I just picked. She went over every last detail inside of the car with me. After meeting with Wendy I then dealt with Adnan from finance. He too was a pleasure to deal with. He went over the numbers in detail with me and made the paperwork go by quickly. Everything was explained in full detail to me and all of my questions were answered. Adnan basically gift wrapped the whole experience. So from William, to Wendy, to Adnan, I could not have had a better team help me in buying my new Honda Civic. I would definitely go back for my next car to Paragon Honda. More

So I took my car in to have the oil changed. they greeted me like I was a long lost brother. What I mean to say is that I immediately felt at ease and knew that I was in good hands. Kenny, the mechanic who did the work was through enough that he found a nail in my right rear tire. I'm about to go on a trip so you can imagine how I felt about that problem solved before it could happen. Highly recommended! More

I went to Paragon Honda looking for a Honda CR-V. As soon as I took a few steps to the front of the office I was greeted by a sales person (David Ramos)who immediately made me feel comfortable. He asked me what type of car I was looking for and he then took me to see a few of them. He answered every question I had without a doubts. Once I fell in love with one of the vehicles, David took me inside to the office to do the paper work. He then introduced me to the Manager, Mike Adovic and my experience went from excellent to outstanding. Mike made me feel like less tense. He stood by me and my family every step of my vehicle purchase. He made us feel like we were having a business deal in our own living room. Mike took me and my family to his office and he promised me that we were leaving with a car. He made my trade-in process so easily and he really went the extra extra extra mile with me. I was then introduced to another sales representative, Sayed Abu who took care of my paper process, he personally called my car insurance company to change vehicles. I mean I was just sitting there and watching them work for me. It was amazing, I have never been treated so excellent in a car dealer. Every one in the office was very respectful, very professional, and most importantly very knowledgable about their vehicles, which I learned a few tips from them. I came into PARAGON HONDA looking to buy a new car and was greeded by Monica who made me feel very comfortable. I explained to her that we were not sure if we wanted a HONDA Accord or Acura TL. Mike and Nadib help me with the financing on the vehicle and give me a good deal on my trade in and a great great price on my new cars. I finally decided with the help from Mike, Monica and Nadib that I wanted the Acura TL. I was not sure if we wanted a 2010 Accord V6 or trying to see if we could afford a ACURA TL. We were shown the two vehicles and was given a test drive on both. MONICA went over both vehicles and given us the difference between each car. Once the test drive was over MONICA introduce us to her Manger MIKE ADOVIC and NADIB who made us very comfortable. We had a vehicle that we wanted to trade. MIKE assured us he will help us with the trade which he and NADIB did. We decided that we wanted to lease ACURA TL and our experience at PARAGON HONDA was so different then going to other dealers. MONICA was so professial in how she treated us that we will only go back to Paragon when our lease is up and lease another vehicle from them. Their selection/volume of new Hondas and Acuras seemed to the one of the best, compared to other dealers on-line reviews and from colleagues in NYC. Their selection/volume of new Hondas and Acuras seemed to the one of the best, compared to other dealers in NYC and even in surrounding states. I called about a car and the on-line service respresentative was very helpful. The only complaint I have is that she made me an appt for a car of interest and told me it was still there and I went to my appt and the car had been sold. However, the sales people were overly apologetic and offered to find me another car immediately. I was shown several (better but more expensive cars) and found one I loved. The manager was immediately contacted and at our tableside to apologize and make me a deal on the more expensive car. Both the sales rep, sales manager and financial manager, as well as additional sales people were very willing to cater to me, taking extensive time to show me the car, explain the details and get me the best deal, even for financing. So, overall my initial disappointment with the sold car was far exceeded by my even better purchase/deal. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
