Horrible experience & unprofessional costumer serv. First I waited hours at the dealership while they were socializing and carrying on, asked why and they said my paper work was processing. 3 weeks late First I waited hours at the dealership while they were socializing and carrying on, asked why and they said my paper work was processing. 3 weeks later i was honda financial they still didn't recieve the contract. I then called the dealership and they needed me to come back in because they need a signature they forgot to ask me for. After this problem I found out from honda care that they had my ADDRESS wrong and thats why i haven't recieved my booklet with the service card (since i signed up for the 5 year extended warranty) Then after this and worst of all since they took long they made the first payment on m behalf without my consent of even a heads up. There's so much more but i will leave it at that. stay away!! More

My most satisfying car experience to date! I was referred by a frIend to go to Paragon and am glad that I did. Fernando Urdininea was a pleasure to deal with.
