Amazingly terrible service Tonay has no personality. The place felt like a bucket shop like glengarry glen Ross. It took 30 minutes to select the car, negotiate, and agree on terms. Then it took 5 hours until I got to drive off the lot. Why? They wouldn't let me take the car off the lot because I had my middle initial on my drivers license but not on my car insurance. I had to take out a new insurance policy to drive the car off the lot. I called my insurance guy and he'd never heard of such a thing in 20 years in the business. All the while Tonay was a non personality. Not attentive. Could care less. Then he slowly worked the papers and walked back and forth to the dmv office for processing. Gee that was fun to watch. And.......of course DMV (really?) forgot a document so Tonay had to walk back again. And that tooook a whiiiillllleeee. Get the point? If you don't live nearby (by the way I grew up nearby but currently live in nj) don't waste your time. You will immediately have a strong desire to shower. Save yourself the waste of time with no personality and service skills and shop elsewhere. Oh, let's not forget the lack of regard of kelly blue book value for a trade in that is posted on their own website! Really fun to be told the old rationale how kkb is useless. Bottom line - shop elsewhere unless you want to be a character in glengarry glen Ross More
