Excellent Service from I have been car shopping since December 2017, I have visited a few car dealers and was not satisfied with the service that was provided. I went on the internet and contacted Paragon Honda that is located at 55-02 Northern Blvd in Woodside, Queens, I received a response within less than a minute. I spoke with Lili and she immediately scheduled an appointment for me to come in. Upon arrival at Honda, I was greeted with great hospitality and was introduced to Mr. Haitham Elkholi, he was very polite, knowledgeable and honest about the car he proposed for sale. He introduced the car and discuss the pricing then allowed me to make a decision based on my preference. I was impressed with Mr. Elkholi because the previously sales representatives I visited were forcing me to purchase cars that I was uninterested in buying. I felt comfortable at Paragon Honda, Mr. Haitham Elkholi is exceptional! He was unable to locate the car that I wanted, he went above and beyond to locate the car. He provided effective communication throughout the whole process. I found Mr. Elkholi to be hardworking, enthusiastic and passionate about what he does, he cares deeply about his customers and the service her provides. If there are any issues or concerns he addressed them immediately. Most car dealers I visited they did not care about the customer they only cared about selling the vehicle at whatever cost, making a profit and ripping off their customers. In this case I was very fortunate to have Mr. Elkholi as a sales representative, he had set himself apart from the other sales representative I had seen thus far, and I really meant every word! As a result, I left Paragon Honda satisfied, I am happy that I had met Mr. Elkholi. I would definitely recommend Mr. Elkholi to all car consumers out there. You want to purchase a car from a representative that is very honest, cares about your wellbeing, and allow you to making your own decision without forcing you to purchase a car that you have no interest, for the sake of profit.
