I am sorry you had to go through this, but once you lease a vehicle you have a commitment for certain period of time. Voluntarily surrendering the leased vehicle before the end of the term would have definitely reflected on your financials, the terms were explained in the contract you signed and initialed. I am sure the employees who assisted you did everything possible to accommodate your needs, but Paragon does not collect the payments, the bank that you leased through did. Thank you Salome

There is nothing you can do to assist me. This happened in 2012 and you are not going to return to me my van or the 6 thousand dollars I put down payment on the new van or the 8800 I settled with the billing company after they sold it at auction for less than half price (a brand new 1 month old vehicle) or the distress and struggle my family and I went through. I have 2 sons with special needs that were there with me the whole day and you heartless monsters took advantage and bamboozled me. How does a person go from paying 382 dollars on a leased Odyssey told to come in and be put in a new model paying the same amount and then told to pay 1300 a month for a 2012. What are you going to do to make all that right? Nothing, absolutely nothing, offer empty I'm sorry that happened and have a good life. There is no point in calling.

First the financials were explained but did not match the paper work, the numbers were finagled and we signed 3 different contracts and my mistake was not keeping the copy of the 2nd one that they asked me to return. Second I trusted Paragon so I didn't read the paper work it was rushed because it was 9pm and I had been there since 11am with my family and I believed what I was told verbally would be what was on paper. Third I had no problem with my lease, your company called me up to do the upgrade and that night went I went over the paperwork I returned the very next day and said no way can this be right and all I kept being told was you signed that's it. I said to forget about it an let me purchase my leased vehicle which I had paid perfectly for the past 2 years and was parked right out front and was told that nope it was not possible basically we gotcha. I understand your job is to justify what the company you work for did but a court of law found your company guilty and I received 300 dollars from the class action suit that was brought against you so for you to make it seem like it was that I just didn't want to have the lease makes no sense and the very same towing company that came to pick up the vehichle stated he had 9 other repossessions making the same claim, that's 9 people who do not know each other stating the same claim, now what are the odds of that. No your company was wrong and that's why I tell everyone I know to stay away so another family doesn't fall victim to the same.

I don't mean to be rude, offensive or ruin your day because I know it's not your fault and your not even one of the people that were involved in what happened it's just that this was a very dark chapter that did alot of damage in our lives and took many years and effort to overcome so it hits a very sore spot. Unfortunately life isn't a Disney movie and there are no happy endings so I really don't see moving forward anything that could be done to correct the past. When everything happened the General Manager said he was going to meet with us a Mr. Brian Benstock and then didnt make the meeting, he had us meet with the finance manager who didnt really understand what was happening and couldn't offer any solutions and well the rest is history.
