I already did my research and I told him what I was looking for (2016 Pilot) and that I would like to take the car for a test drive. He walked away and came back to tell me he does not have a test drive available, because I was lookin for a car that was very specific. In other words he did not have the car in inventory and felt he was going to waste his time. The passive way in which this sales person turned me down and turned me off was very unusual. I took it as "you" don't want my business and drove 15 min to the nearest dealer where I was treated with much more grace. I recommend this dealer to others, just not the sales person I dealt with - whatever his name was. The interesting thing is I like the car very much and narrowed the car list, I'm now looking for the dealer who will want my business at a mutually beneficial price, but Paragon Honda is out and I doubt I will set foot in that dealership again. More

However, on the downside, the manger only provided us with one financing option. He did not disclose that I could ask him to check for other financing options (except to take a high interest rate with HondaCare and other add-ons lumped in) until the very end of the signing process. He presented as if this was the only option available. I feel like I ended up buying HondaCare which I didn't really want. So, I'll watch out for that in the future. But otherwise, the experience was positive. More
