I had an appointment with Jack and he sat me down with Frank. Everything went well, Frank listened to my needs and told me what was available and what wasn't. The next day my whole transaction was given t Frank. Everything went well, Frank listened to my needs and told me what was available and what wasn't. The next day my whole transaction was given to another sales associate, which turned out to be just fine. Christina was very polite and contacted me whenever there was something important to discuss. All paper work was done properly and in a professional matter. Wendy introduced herself to me and was also very professional. She walked me through everything I needed to know about my car while I was waiting for paperwork to be done. My interaction with Wendy was important to my car buying experience. I was comfortable speaking with those that I have mentioned in my review. More
I drove an hour in traffic to see a car the secretary and salesperson said they have in stock and on-site, and when I got there, they did not have the car and Jason was no where to be found, even though I ca salesperson said they have in stock and on-site, and when I got there, they did not have the car and Jason was no where to be found, even though I called while I was on my way. This was one of the most dishonest dealerships I have ever dealt with. Thanks for wasting my time. More
STOLEN CAR ....This is the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent dealer i have ever dealt with, and I have been leasing cars since 1996. OWNER - BRIAN IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORDS. This all started when I incompetent dealer i have ever dealt with, and I have been leasing cars since 1996. OWNER - BRIAN IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORDS. This all started when I took my 2006 accord EXV6 for service on Jan 2..I returned on Jan 3..my car was STOLEN...YES..STOLEN from the DEALER (PARAGON HONDA DEALER SERVICE DEPT)...it was a huge mess to get this fixed but finally their insurance agreed to pay off the balance of my loan..so I went to the dealer this past mon(feb 16) to lease another car...i tried getting a deal first with the salesman...then tried sasha(general mang)..sasha was extremely rude...did not want to work a deal out with me...i asked him what were the owners names and he refused to tell me but as i was walking out the dealership, he got the owner(brian) to talk to me...owner-brian worked out a deal for a pilot (320 per month, 3500 total out of pocket-included all fees and downpayment)...i then told the salesman i will come back by the end of the week for the deal...I went today feb 20...i was at the dealer for 3 hrs waiting to get the deal done...finally the salesman took the offer that i got from brian to a sales manager-shawn michrandani...when michrandani saw the deal(320, 3500) he was suprised and said "this is ridiculous...there is no way we would be losing out like this..i have to run this by brian"...he came back and then said "brian never told you that...brian said the 3500 was only a down payment..you still have to add tax, destination fee, bank fee, prep fee, document fee, dmv fee)...i informed him that brian is now lying and hes not a man of his words...shawn michrandani then said leave the deal if you dont want it...I left. I would think that after a dealer lost you car ( stolen), they would actually try to help you or be polite to you. These guys at paragons are nothing but D!Kheads...rude and unprofessional...DONT EVER BUY/LEASE you car from them...I had contacted HELP ME HOWARD when their insurance company was giving me a problem..you can contact HELP ME HOWARD at CKOVACH@tribune.com if you have any issues with this sorry excuse of a dealership....IF THE OWNER IS LIAR...IMAGINE THE WORKERS...RIPOFFS More
I put $2799 down on a 2006 honda crv with 30k miles and still ended up financing over $18k. Do I really need to explain anything else? My car payment is $430/month, which is ridiculous to begin with. Worst still ended up financing over $18k. Do I really need to explain anything else? My car payment is $430/month, which is ridiculous to begin with. Worst part: They convinced my that I walked out with the deal of the century! 24 hours later I wish I had a different car from a different dealership. More

I was a loyal customer of this dealership for over 3 years until this last incident. Paragon had set the bar extremely high by always being on point and providing excellent customer service. Until recen years until this last incident. Paragon had set the bar extremely high by always being on point and providing excellent customer service. Until recently, they employees were friendly, got the work done quickly and never tried to rip me off. I have a 2004 Civic that has never given me any problems since I've been more than diligent with service check ups. In March I took it in for 60k mile service which I knew was going to cost a fair amount. I ended up spending nearly $800 which was fine because I expected it. Then, as I was driving the next day the engine was making a strange noise. I didn't think too much of it because I just had it serviced. I stopped by the service station to have a a head lamp changed, but they didn't have time to check the noise and my fiance needed the car the next day. I asked Steve (the service coordinator) if I should leave it and I can work things out with my fiance or if it was okay to go home. He said he wasn't sure what it could be but said that it should be fine and that it shouldn't be a big deal since I was just in for service. I returned the following week to drop off my car and this is where the fun begins. Dropped my car off that Sunday night. No one called me until 2 pm Monday after I had called several times (In the previously listed service check I had my car back in 4 hours but someone it took them nearly 24 hours to return a phone call). All Steve could say was that they drove it and it didn't make the noise, but he had herd it previously so he didn't totally dismiss me and said they would drive it some more to figure it out. I'm not sure how this takes a whole day but fine. So then Steve calls be back around 5:30 pm to say that they can't determine the problem and need to take down the transmission to determine the problem. I asked how much that would cost. He said he wasn't sure how much everything would come to. I said my dad's a mechanic (unfortunately he live in Florida otherwise I would never have to deal with these crooks) and know that diagnostics cost money so how much is it? $800!!! I said okay but this is BS considering that I was just here 2 weeks ago and no one has touched the car since and I've never taken my car to anyone other than a Honda dealer. He reassured me that the problem is inside the transmission but it's hard to say what the problem is. I left off saying that whatever it costs I shouldn't be held responsible since I was just here for service. Since it was close to closing they would have to work on it tomorrow and he would get back to me. Day 2 (Tuesday) Steven calls around 10:30 am and tells me that the main ball bearing in the transmission is shot and will cost me $1400 to repair. But since I've been a loyal customer they can take 20% off. I said I'm not paying anything because I was just here for service and no one said anything. Steven-Well you have to understand that machines break down and there's no way we could have predicted this. Me-So what you're saying is Honda builds inferior cars then? The reason why I bought a Honda was to avoid this problem and now you're telling me I'm SOL. Steven-Well we can offer you 20% off. Me-Have your manager call me because I know you can't do anything. Steven-I will have Anthony call you and in the mean time I'll see what I can do. So Anthony calls later that afternoon and couldn't be more unprofessional. He says that I can't expect him to be responsible for every little thing that breaks down with my car. Me-I haven't held you responsible for anything until now. I take my car in for service and then the transmission is shot? That's not a coincidence and you are responsible and here's why. Either something went wrong when they changed the transmission fluid, they never changed the transmission fluid or something went wrong at the point of manufacture. If I had bought an American car we wouldn't be having this conversation because I would expect this. Anthony- Well the best I can do is $1345. Me-Well have your regional manager call me because this is not acceptable. Anthony-I'll see what I can do and call you back. In the mean time Steven calls me back and says he can get it down to $1245 (which is more or less cost for the parts). I tell him I have to speak with my fiance and I'll call him back tomorrow. After this conversation Anthony, the manager, calls me and says the best he can do is $1345. (That's interesting) Day 3 (Wednesday) I call for Steven at 9am no answer. I call several more times with no answer. I call the main line only to be told that Steve is off this day! So I ask for Anthony. He's with a customer. I ask for a call back. I call 3 more times throughout the day before Anthony calls me at 5 pm (the end of the day). I tell him to go and fix the car and that Steven said its $1245. He began to dispute this but said fine BUT they guy that is working on my car is on vacation until next Wednesday but he PROMISED (his words) I More

There isn't much to say about this place. Its too busy for its own good. We walked around and go anyone we could to sell us a car. I went in to look at a used S2000 they had up on their site. I originally wanted to just take a look at it, maybe put $500 down to hold it and then come back in a week with $3000 to put down and since my site. I originally wanted to just take a look at it, maybe put $500 down to hold it and then come back in a week with $3000 to put down and since my insurance was switching companies in 2 days I'd be on the new policy and everything would be easy. They decided that they didn't really wanna talk with me about numbers so much so they just pushed and pushed to do the same day sale. Being a bit timid I fell for it and ended up putting down $500, and driving away with the car after sitting in their office for close to 6 hours causing me to miss my own birthday dinner with my family. I came back the next day to drop off the title of the car I traded in and the manager there (who was a real jerk) told me that I somehow got denied by the bank and I couldn't have the car unless I could come up with $4200. He tried to tell me that a car only listed on their site for $17k was somehow worth $20k and they were losing money on it as it was. I tried to argue with him that he was being ridiculous and that if the car was in perfect shape then yes but in its current condition then no but I had no success. I couldn't pay at the moment so he gave me my trade-in back and told me to come back the next day to pick up the $500 I had put down. As I was leaving I noticed that they had taken the registration sticker off my trade in, so I went in and asked for it back. The manager told me that they had torn it up and couldn't give me a temp sticker because the car was not theirs. After standing there for a few hours blocking their main doorway he finally went into a folder and magically pulled out my registration. I took it and drove off. The next day I went in to get my money back and they financial guy said that the manager didn't know what he was talking about and that I could have the car back. So I took the car back, having to call my insurance up and change it over 3 days in a row, having to drive an hour and a half to get there 3 times and the drive back, and then when I took the car, it wasn't even certified because the tires were bald in the rear (although they did say they would replace them and I am sure as hell gonna make them pay for those). All in all they are an incredibly pushy bunch and they are very very sleazy. I know that I couldn't have found another S2000 for under $18k at a dealership to stay with AHFC, otherwise I would have quit that place in a heartbeat. My only hope is that I can get warranty service done at any dealership and not have to deal with these jerks ever again. More
I would never do business with this dealership. Tyrone guaranteed a price over the phone and then proceeded to change it during every phone call. When we finally went to pick up the car, he raised the pri guaranteed a price over the phone and then proceeded to change it during every phone call. When we finally went to pick up the car, he raised the price by 30/month. They are very dishonest, which we had heard. We tried to work with them anyway b/c they promised better prices, but never ended up honoring what they quoted. More
