There has been very few occasions where I've ever been as disappointed like I was today. I had such great respect for Paragon Honda. I never once thought about the usual deception to get the customer been as disappointed like I was today. I had such great respect for Paragon Honda. I never once thought about the usual deception to get the customer to come to the dealership and get their information and so forth. Before leaving my home in New Rochelle New York, I got a call from the dealership about the appointment and was assured that the vehicle was available. Upon arrival I asked to see the vehicle first, they checked and confirmed the Stock number with me and asked that I complete the Customer Registration forms and allow the sales representative to copy my license before the test drive. After complying the agent then came over and told me that the vehicle I was interested in was defective but he had another which was better and he would give me at the same price. He took me to the lot and showed me a CRV LX. I immediately told him it was different and pointed out the model features on the EX that were absent. I was told that no EX Model was available. (the vehicle is still on their website) I left the dealership in abject disappointed and despair. I expected poor treatment from a second rate dealer but not from Paragon. To make matters worse, I had come prepared to make the purchase, I had no backup option. I hope I will be shown common courtesy by having a honest and full explanation. More
I scheduled an appointment with them at 3PM in advance. I arrived at their company on time and they let me wait for another 45 min. Finally Jack showed up and we test drove a new Honda Accord. After we returned to the office, Jack started to give me pressure. At the beginning, Jack said he could not sell me the car for anything lower than MSRP. I told Jack that Paragon Honda offered a price online, which was much lower than MSRP. Jack then told me that this online price did not include destination fee (about $800). Jack continued to give me much pressure. I told him that I wanted to leave because I was exhausted. But Jack ignored my request and continued to give me pressure. Jack called me crazy. Jack pushed me to sign on some documents. After being insulted by Jack for 2 hours, I decided that I had to leave. After I went home, I found that Jack had lied to me. Jack was dishonest. The online price their company was advertising did include the $800 destination fee, which was also stated clearly in their advertisement. Jack tried to fool me and charge me extra $800 above their advertised price. Jack called me the next day and he did not admit that he had lied to me. I recommend extra caution when dealing with this company. I also highly recommend avoiding Jack in any way. More

The rating mentioned above does not do this dealer justice! I am the proud new owner of a 2013 Honda Accord Ex-L (the one with the push start, side view camera, and all that other jazz). This was thus far the greatest quality of customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealer, and I must admit, I have had many! From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I drove in my new car - everything was perfect. Initially I was interested in an Acura so I contacted Stephanie Perez over at Paragon Acura (right across the street) and discussed my options.... No go due to the price. She referred to to Rafael Rodriguez over at Honda. You should definitely try to speak to these two if you have any control over that. My guess is that the other salesmen are just as good but I wouldn't chance it Lol. Anyway, I walked in knowing what vehicle I wanted and that's exactly what I left with a few hours later. Waiting for the finance dept. may take a while due to amount of customers they have but if you're lucky enough to end up with William you can almost guarantee that you will be content with the "magic" which is done. Definitely a top tier dealer that won't try jocking you! Within a week I have referred two people to the dealer and we have all walked out the door with new keys in our hand and very happy with what was worked out. If you're going to go in make sure you have plenty of time and be prepared for the picture you'll take at the dealer prior to leaving (LOOK ON POINT!) Hope this helps others choose Paragon as this will definitely be the ONLY place I'm buying vehicles from. And all the negative posters can just S*#^ it! :) More

The Accord is for my college age daughter. Together, we searched online looking in the entire NY metro area and found the best car and price at Paragon Motors. It was late at night, and we then "chatted" by online text with a representative, who verified that the car was available and helped to set up an appointment for the very next day. Michelle, a coordinator, was also really helpful. We met Rafael, the salesperson, and Justine, the manager. They made a superb team together, and the car, a real gem, was ready to drive away the next day. It goes without saying that I have a very happy daughter. More

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. A few months back I received a letter stating I could trade in my lease early to upgrade my 2011 Honda CRV to the 2013 model for no money down. I thoug few months back I received a letter stating I could trade in my lease early to upgrade my 2011 Honda CRV to the 2013 model for no money down. I thought that was a great deal so I went into the dealership. I was walked through all of the car options and was given a run down of the vehicle. After that I was told to wait while they spent about an hour and a half evaluating my car and putting together the offer. They finally came back to me and said I could take the new car for about $20 more than my current lease payment and I would need to put down around $4,500. That is a far stretch from a car swap as I was contacted to come in about so I very angrily left. He said I shouldn't have believed the ad since everyone gets them, including him. A few sales managers called me about my experience and when I told them they said they would call me back and I never heard back. Fast forward a few months. I was watching tv and saw the national advertisement for the 2013 CRV saying $0 down and no first month payment on the lease. I thought that was awesome and went online to see if there were any early lease exchanges. I got contacted by a sales associate from my chat with an online representative. She called me and told me they were doing an exchange program and that I could continue my lease payments and get the new car. I then called back to verify that this was legitimate because I had been burned before, she assured me and said someone would be reviewing my paperwork and would get back to me. I was then later called back by the same associate who had helped me the first time. He said things would be different this time because my car was more than half way through the lease. Given that I decided to go in and change cars. After about an hour of the appraisal of my car and the test drive I was told that if I wanted the new car it would be $3,000, or if I wanted to put only $1,500 down I could pay $50 more a month in lease payments. I was duped again. I took my keys and left. I later contacted the manager that same night as well as received a call from a customer service rep about my experience. Both told me they would call back and I am still waiting, although I won't hold my breath this time. This time I took detailed notes and I still have the original letter sent to me from the first time which was clear false advertisement. I plan on opening an issue with the BBB and Honda after this review. More
