I have been taking my car to Paragon Honda for service for about 3 years now. The very first time I went in, I needed to have my left side mirror fixed. When I got my car back, I had a new mirror but it w for about 3 years now. The very first time I went in, I needed to have my left side mirror fixed. When I got my car back, I had a new mirror but it wasn't working correctly. I let the service desk know and Anthony Petito assisted me in getting the work fixed. He was very friendly and personable. He took my car back and fixed the problem. But the way he handled it and has handled my business for the past 3 years is the reason why I keep coming back to Honda. He makes bringing my car in for service a pleasant experience, because in the past it has been something I have always dreaded. I mean, who enjoys taking their car in for service? Anyways, he treats his customers with such kindness and is completely diligent in making sure you are happy with the work. I even moved an hour away and still drive all the way to Queens because I wont take my car anywhere else. More
We went to the dealership to ask questions about trading in our Accord and CRV for an Odyssey and left with a brand new car. Our salesperson, Jose Arias was wonderful. While we dealt with paperwork, Camilo Barrientos was kind enough to ask if our needs were being met and offered us refreshments. When person who was responsible for completing the registration paper work was helping another client, Camilo stepped in to help in order to expedite the process. Finally, Gary Lin, the Finance consultant worked with us to get us the best deal possible. He gave us great advice and was understanding when our 2 year old son started to get antsy. I took my 03 Odyssey I'm for servicing on June 22nd and had the pleasure of working with Edwin Chiong and Anthony Petito. As a longtime customer of Paragon, I cannot rave enough about how great their service department is. My service advisor always greets me with a smile and by name. The service manager is always friendly and hospitable. They truly treat you like family. I drive quite a distance and ignore closer dealerships in favor of visiting Paragon for service and repair of my Odyssey. They were great, I didn't think it would be worth my while to trade in my CR-V this early since I am still financing a good chunk of money. However, Jean the sales rep convince me to sit down and crunch the numbers while I'm waiting for my car that's there for servicing. He did the numbers and I was surprised I could afford to trade in my vehicle for a model that I wanting more. Also, the service with Jean was friendly and I don't feel I'm being pressure for a sale. He took me over to their lot and see if the CR-V I wanted was in stock. He took care of all the paper-works and I meet with Hamid Anwar the finance manager at that location. The man was very pleasant to deal with and friendly personality. Gave me couple of option and advice to understand want type of financing can be done. I traded my old CR-V and drove out same day with a new CR-V. Thank you Jean, Hamid, and everyone at Paragon Honda. More

I called in and spoke with the manager Justin Hili and told him what I wanted. I was hoping to complete my purchase in under 3 hours. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so I have no other previous experiences to compare this one with. But everything from the customer service to the pricing was superb. I had placed an order for a Honda Accord Sport and Camilo managed to acquire the car for me within two weeks. When I arrived at the dealership, which was a Paragon Acura dealership, I saw my new car waiting for me on the lot. Camilo proceeded to walk me through the basics of the vehicle. He even went above and beyond by installing wheel locks on my tires because the rims on the car are commonly stolen parts. He also helped me set up the Bluetooth connection in my new car. After all the paperwork was finished, he escorted my family and I to a finance rep (?), Gary Lin, who walked us through all the loans and payments. Overall, it was a very smooth and efficient process and there was minimal stress involved. All the employees were very straightforward with the pricing etc. I would give this place 5 stars and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. More
