If you want to die in a car accident, Paragon Honda is the place for you. Their used cars are dangerous pieces of junk that should have been junked instead of being put up for sale. They tried to hide the the place for you. Their used cars are dangerous pieces of junk that should have been junked instead of being put up for sale. They tried to hide the fact that the vehicle I was considering was actually an unsalvageable mess. I showed up with the best of intentions and ready to buy immediately but I RAN FOR MY LIFE instead. They had no problem putting me in harm's way by trying to sell me an unsafe piece of garbage. Who are these people? How do they get out of bed in the morning? Save your life and STAY AWAY! Buying a used car from Paragon Honda is the nightmare we are all afraid of. They represent the WORST of used car dealers. More

After working with AJ and the staff at Paragon Honda including Camilo they were able to get me into a 2013 CRv for a great price for trading in a lease early. AJ was really friendly and helpful and kept including Camilo they were able to get me into a 2013 CRv for a great price for trading in a lease early. AJ was really friendly and helpful and kept me updated through the whole process. The upgrade from the 2011 to the 2013 is a big one and I am excited to drive it for the next 3 years. I am also grateful to Brian, the manager, for pushing through such a good deal for me. More

*This is a follow up post to my previous review titled: My Review Of Paragon Honda, made on July 27, 2013. This was the review… [I had gone to this dealership to get a trade in offer for my car as wel My Review Of Paragon Honda, made on July 27, 2013. This was the review… [I had gone to this dealership to get a trade in offer for my car as well as to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. The problems started when they gave me a trade in value 5K below bluebook. I almost walked out of the dealership at that very moment when the sales rep AJ said that he can work to get me a higher trade in value. However, the result was that he tried to get me to buy a new car instead of a used car as I intended. The used car I was looking for had already been sold according to AJ. The price offered on the new vehicle was well above what I wanted to spend, and I was made to wait for hours at the dealership. The worst part was that he would go help other people while I waited. Several things comes to mind when I think back to the experience there. You feel pressured from the moment numbers are offered. They will give you the lowest trade in value possible and push you to buy/lease something THEY want you to get. What you want is only a gauge to see how far you can be pushed. Worst of all, they make you wait hours throughout this process. My time there was long, frustrating and miserable. In the end, I did not buy from this dealership. They lost my business and I cannot be happier about that.] Two days after this was posted (July 29), I had gotten a response from Evis Hasanaj, Client Relations Manager, saying that she was sorry my experience at Paragon did not go well and to please call her in hopes of coming to a solution. After reading other reviews, however, I noticed that it was a very generic reply to all other negative postings. So my response was that if they were serious about customer service, they would be the ones to call me. To my pleasant surprise, Evis called me up the very same day. She was very nice and assured me that my message will be carried over to upper management. Other than that, there was not much else she can do because I had already purchased a vehicle from another dealership. At that point, I felt that I had reflected on my experience at the right place and to the right people, and my contact with Paragon Honda is finished. Fast forward 9 days later (Aug 7), I got a call from A.J. (the sales rep.) demanding a chance to explain himself. Without getting into details, his explanation did not change one bit with a brief apology for making me wait so long. The most shocking part was when he stated that he felt I should “understand the situation before putting up slanderous material and hate posts.” This statement was repeated several times. Judging by his tone, it was obvious the direction where this conversation is headed. I promptly thanked him for his phone call and hung up the phone. I couldn’t believe what had happened! It felt as if AJ had called me up to teach me a lesson! I immediately called up Brian Benstock (General Manager), explained everything that had happened, and told him that I really did not appreciate one of the sales reps calling me up in that manner. Brain pulled up my review and calmly looked it over. He stated that he did not see any slanderous or hateful material and apologized for AJ’s call. I guess as a formality, we went over the trade in value of my old vehicle and he explained how the numbers worked. It makes sense but even Brian admitted that 5K below Bluebook value had been a bit low. It did not matter anymore, however, because I had already purchased from another dealership. The conversation with Brain went very well though. He was very calm, very nice, apologized for AJ’s actions, and stated that he would speak to him. Thinking back, the experience at Paragon Honda remains the absolute worst. The one person that we come in contact with the most when buying a car is the sales representative, and the person I came in contact with had been very aggressive and overly assertive. It still amazes me that he called to have me get my facts straight! I cannot say that all the other sales reps act the same way, because I have spoken to some very professional people there as well. Also my conversations with Evis and Brian had been very positive, but at the end of the day, it had been in the shadows of a very very bad experience. So for anybody else that goes to this dealership, please be aware this might happen to you. More

I called paragon Honda to check up on a few cars that I saw on they're website. The girl I spoke over the phone with said the car's were available and gave me an appointment at 3:00pm. I got there on time saw on they're website. The girl I spoke over the phone with said the car's were available and gave me an appointment at 3:00pm. I got there on time as soon as I walked into the dealer I noticed some salesman standing around and not one of them even made the effort to even ask me if I needed help, I had to walk inside and ask for help. After finally getting help and speaking to the salesman he made me walk to three lots that they have and the cars that I asked to look at were not even there and they had no clue of where the vehicles were, look's like to me they don t keep an inventory of they're vehicles. After wasting 45 minutes looking for a car I finally found a vehicle that I was interested in. I asked them to do and appraisal on my car for which they ran a car fax and offered me 8,000 due to the fact that an accident came up from a previous owner the manager stated that if the car had no frame damage that they would offer 8,000 for my car and that they just needed to inspect it. I told him I was fine with them inspecting the car and so then they proceeded with the paper work and the inspection. After waiting an hour the sales manager comes back and says that the car needs tires and that it has frame damage and that he could only offer me 5,000 for the car. After hearing his offer I stopped the sale process because I was not going to take no less than 8,000 for my vehicle. After I left Paragon Honda I went to White Plains Honda which I come to find out that its under the same ownership. I did all the paper work at White Plains they told me that they would have to appraise the vehicle and also do and inspection of the vehicle and that if everything came out okay the most they could offer me was 8,000. The salesman came back to me after running the CARFAX and having an inspection of the vehicle done and said that it does come up as it was in an accident but during the inspection they found no severe damage was done...meaning no frame or chassis damage had occurred. So why would the associates at Paragon lie about my car having damages that in didn't. So after being offered 8,000 for my car at White Plains Honda I drove off with a 2011 Honda Accord and had exceptional service. Hats off to the sales associates and manger and White Plains Honda. More
