They addressed my needs and wants to the tee, and were more than accommodating in the service they had extended. I had been looking for a vehicle for a long time, went to various dealers who had turned me off from the beginning I got there and/or provided me with a negative experience, not making me even think of going back. I wanted to do this review so my experience there and the exceptional people I had the pleasure of working with didn't go unnoticed. It is people like Joe and Sal that defy the common stereotype of these car dealers and genuinely will do their very best to work with you and find the vehicle you want. In my many experiences dealing with Paragon Honda and especially the sales team of Jason Graciano and Jose Paulino, I c car can be very overwhelming. I have been involved in many auto purchases from Honda to Ferrari. From a young age I have bought and sold cars. Since I understand the process, people ask me for help and I visit many dealers in the NYC area. The dealer and sales team does make a tremendous difference when it comes to the overall experience of buying a car. Believe me, living in NYC, there are plenty of shady characters who treat you like a number or just another commission. The dealer that stays in touch and always assists you even after you decide not to buy the car deserves recognition. On a few occassions, I have taken family or friends to visit Jason and Jose. Sometimes they buy sometimes they dont. Either way, Jason and Jose always take the time to answer all the questions and follow up regardless if they get the sale or not. And if price is what you are most concered about as most people are, get your numbers then visit Paragon. They are always willing to work with you to match or beat other dealers and win your business. Jason and Jose are honest and always negotiate fairly. You can't ask for more than a dealer who is honest, they are EXTREMELY RARE. My hope it is that my review not only helps you but keeps the "good guys" winning the battle. Its rare when you find people that actually care, enjoy their job and look out for their clients. I took the time to write this review because I want others to avoid the headaches I had to experience before I started dealing with Jason and Jose. I had taken my car to a non honda dealership, and i would have to go back and forth with them to get my problem fixed but yet problem still wasnt resolved. I knew pretty much exactly what I was looking for and what my tolerances were going into Paragin Honda and they met and in some ways exceeded my expectations. I was admittedly stubborn and unrelenting in my haggling and need for repeated explanations on the terms of sale vis-a-vis my ultimate vehicle of choice, however Sultan was very patient and explanatory, even along the period of several hours that I was on the Paragon lot. I feel quite happy thus far regarding my most recent Honda Pilot purchase. That being said, I also was left feeling rest assured that if at anytime during (the warranty period) I was ever feeling less than so, I would be handled with the same care, patience and regard to resolve my problem or concern. Nothing in this world is free obviously and I did go a bit outside my comfort zone in terms of the sale price, however, after an extensive period of comparison pricing and trips to bogus establishments (read as Major World...) at the end of the day they (Mitch in financing as well) were able to have me driving off the lot that same day feeling happy.
