After extensive research we knew we wanted a 2006 or 2007 Honda CRV. Our search for a Certified Honda dealership that provided both a fair amount of inventory and good pricing for this vehicle lead us to Par Honda CRV. We found the dealership while searching on Auto Trader. We live about an hour and a half from the dealership so we needed to be sure to meet with someone who would help us meet our goal which was to trade in our Audi and purchase a CRV. We were greeted by the sales manager, the person we had made the appointment with. Although he was a little late, he was in a meeting, he quickly made up for it by being extremely attentive to our needs. He matched us up w/Monica who was a bit of a challenge at first b/c it was a little difficult to understand her when she was explaining what the Honda warranty was, but proved to be a great listener, really cared about our needs and worked hard to help us attain those needs. We came out of the dealership with what ended up being the perfect car for us. And both Joe, the manager, and Monica were striving to help us meet our needs. The down side was all the arguing amongst the sales people while we were there.(And we were there from 11:30 A.M. until 7 P.M.) The men seem to be fighting amongst themselves over various things and never really had any consideration for customers being present. Some of the language, at times, was rough, not a professional environment esp. after coming out of being serviced by Audi over the last 4 years. And the finance guy, Al, was knowledgeable, but a little too much of a "sales person" for us. With finances, let's just keep it at that. He was more abrasive that he needed to be, although he did know his product and that is important. However the overall experience was a good one. We would definitely recommend the dealership to others, esp. both Joe and Monica. More

This place has the WORST customer service I have EVER seen!!!! Jennifer Villalba was all nice setting up appointments, customer service called me 3 times until 9pm the night prior. We work 12 hour days; set up an appointment after work drove 2 hours and upon arrival at Paragaon; we were told the vehicle we were there for was SOLD. We talk to Jennifer she knew we were on the road heading there for our 2 hour drive one-way but NEVER mentioned the vehicle was SOLD earlier that day. Once we were just told the vehicle was sold, and no longer available I called her extention; I NEVER heard someone STUDDER so much. NEVER deal with this girl!!! Back to PARAGON ....But you better believe they tried to sell us another vehicle; NOT even close to the vehicle we were to purchase. There is a spot called new NEW WORLD right down the street so I'd look else where before you stop here!!!! I was warned about this company; maybe next time I will listen! More

To add to the easy commute, we were so pleased with Paragon Honda as soon as we walked in the door. We were greeted by Rick Serrano, the saleman, who was kind, knowledgable, very accomodating and extremely funny (which was an added bonus). He addressed our needs, was very efficient, and filled out our paperwork in record time! Everyone knows it takes a while to buy/lease a car, but we never felt like it was a "process". Rick, along with Rafael Rodriguez, the Sales Manager, addressed all concerns and questions we had about the car and our old lease, they let me ring the bell when we purchased our new car (so exciting!), other sales guys came over just to talk to us and keep us company, Rick Serrano explained our new features in the 2010 Honda CRV which was great...I can't say it enough...great experience! After searching for months for a 2007 Honda CR-V in my area (Syracuse, NY) I decided that they were out of my price range. I called Paragon immediately and was put in touch with Joe P. the used car manager. He made it clear that Paragon's reputation was important to him and he would do everything possible to earn my business. The drive from Syracuse to NYC is a little over 5 hours but to make up for it Joe threw in four new tires!!! My sales person Juan had the vehicle ready and my paper work expedited so I didn't have to spend all afternoon at the dealership. The price was right, the vehicle sparkling, the only thing left...financing. Although it can be intimidating to be financed at a dealership Juan and Joe made the experience easy and they lowered my loan rate to be competitive with my credit union! All of the pieces fell together and I was able to drive away in the car of my dreams thanks to Joe and Juan at Paragon Honda. Not only will I drive the 5 hours back to NYC to purchase my next vehicle but I will be referring all of my family and friends to Paragon too! Thanks guys :) More

I had a great experience purchasing a used Honda from Paragon. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Nadeeb who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what I could afford. He referred me to a sales person named Sal who showed me a few cars. When I finally found the perfect certified, pre-owned Honda, I wanted a better price. The manager, Mike, was more than happy to work with me and get me a great price and monthly payments that I could afford. Mike made me feel very comfortable and I was relieved to find that there were no hidden fees and I didn’t need to haggle with him for a great price. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and a great car! More
