They are a bunch of crooks, they called me and said are you still in the market for a car, i said yes i am working with a dealer and am waiting for them to locate the vehicle for me. They asked my speci you still in the market for a car, i said yes i am working with a dealer and am waiting for them to locate the vehicle for me. They asked my specific requirements for the car, i told them and they said they had the car in stock and it is their policy to match a legitimate offer from another dealer. So i drove there including the traffic for almost 3 hrs, got a parking ticket outside their showroom for $115.00 only to be told that they do not have the car and that they can sell the car to me for $2500.00 more when they find it. The sales manager Jason Graciano did not care for dragging me into the showroom with fake lies and stories. So i just told them what they are doing (the whole BATE AND SWITCH) is wrong. Not having the car and lying about companies policy to match the price is BS. The lady that called me her name is KIMBERLY ROJAS internet specialist. Either way i will never recommend them and much rather pay another dealer more money, than have day light rubbers taking me for a fool. More

These thing were changed about a month ago minus the shocks and bushing( which are valid repairs) They practice bait and switch. Beware of these friendly crooks. More
After extensive research and numerous phone calls, I found Paragon on autotrader with not 1 but 2 certified used accords for $2000 less then any dealer within 100 miles. I called to verify the accuracy found Paragon on autotrader with not 1 but 2 certified used accords for $2000 less then any dealer within 100 miles. I called to verify the accuracy of the advertisement and make an appointment for the weekend (3 days later). Once I confirmed Paragon's information, I contacted my local 5-star Honda dealer in New Jersey where I bought my last mini-van (3 miles away from my house). When I showed them the ad, the salesman started in with, "I hate when people send me ads from Paragon". He proceeded to explain how the laws are different in NY and dealers aren't held accountable for their ads, it was all a bait and switch, and good people like me waste a 1+ hour drive into the city to get scammed, gives dealers bad rep.........on and on. I thanked him for his concern and called Paragon to double-check all the accusations that were made. The weekend came and I drove into the city prepared to do battle. The only battle I had that day was finding parking. As soon as I walked in, the sales manager retrieved the car I saw in the ad and set me up with a sales man for a test drive. The sticker price was $4400 more then the ad, but before I even noticed the price, the sales manager said disregard what was printed since I had the internet ad. Within an hour, my purchase was complete (with internet price written all over Paragon's documents) and my trade-in was completed. After financing, detailing, and registration I drove out with one of the easiest purchases I have made in less time then a football game. More

After extensive research I decided to purchase a Certified Used Honda Pilot in October of 2009. I chose Paragon Honda in Woodside,NY because they were offering the most money for trade ins. Custom Certified Used Honda Pilot in October of 2009. I chose Paragon Honda in Woodside,NY because they were offering the most money for trade ins. Customer Service from my salesman Zeeshan Majid was excellent. Negociated price was within my range. Vehicle was working fine until my daughter left interior dome light on and battery was dead in the morning. I called Honda Care Roadside assistance who came to jump start my car. The jump start was done incorrectly because as soon as I started driving the vehicle I noticed the electricity was out. I took the car to The Bronx Service Center and called Paragon Dealership to alert them of the situation. My case was referred to Sales Supervisor Mike who also provided excellent customer service and called me more than once a day to check on the status of my repair. After I got my vehicle back, Mike requested I bring the vehicle back to Paragon so they could personally re check my vehicle to make sure it was in perfect running condition. I was treated like gold and all the perks promised to me during the negociations were honored. I also received a free service for my troubles. I highly recommend Paragon Honda dealership for its great customer service, honesty and sale prices. More
To say that I was surprised by Paragon Honda's service would be an understatement. Recently online, my husband saw a car he was interested in for our family and wanted me to see it, too. He had spent a would be an understatement. Recently online, my husband saw a car he was interested in for our family and wanted me to see it, too. He had spent a fair amount of time investigating options and we had discussed various makes and models of cars at great length. Having had a reliable Honda in the driveway for the past 7 years was proof to me that the brand was worth pursuing. I was frankly quite skeptical about purchasing a used car from a dealership as all my previous car purchases had been from trusted private sellers. As a general rule, we insist on reliability, a great price and attention to detail whenever we make any major purchase. We definitely do our homework and I'm rarely impressed by salespeople. Getting to Queens was a 1 1/2 hour drive for us, so we weren't just browsing. We were greeted by Sal, whose pleasant manner took me a little off guard. (I was prepared for the stereotypical pushy salesman.) When the car we originally came to see was already under contract I figured my doubts were being realized, but upon reviewing the other available models, I was pleased we had some choices. (They do need to find a way to better coordinate their online offerings with their lot availability, however, I can realistically understand that a good deal won't last.) Without pressure, which would have turned me off faster than anything, we reviewed a number of cars. Sal was patient, good natured and courteous. Once we selected the car we wanted, we sat down to handle the paperwork but needed to return with a certified check which was a bit discouraging. - And yet, on some level, I understood their policy. Day 2 brought us back to Queens to complete the transaction. The car needed to be detailed and inspected, and we waited patiently. At one point Joe Carusone introduced himself to us and I remarked that the process was taking longer than expected. It turned out that a new battery that had been installed during the Certification inspection had wiped out the emissions readings- something I later learned was typical but at the time, infuriated me. The car needed to be run for a period of time to have the readings register. Joe could see I was plainly annoyed and reacted proactively. He seemed sincere in his wish to right the wrong even though I was not easily pacified. Although Sal had been handling the sale, Joe stepped in to see if he could remedy any concerns I had with the car. I pointed out the ones I had and without any hesitation, he noted them with a willingness to completely resolve them. He even went so far as to offer to fix a mark more thoroughly than I had hoped, advising me that it would last longer and I'd be happier. Again, he emphasized Paragon's customer commitment. Finally, to remedy the fact that we had been held up with our purchase, he offered to get the car to me when I definitely could spend no more time waiting. As hesitant as I was, I could honestly say that this salesman was working to make me a satisfied customer. Despite my continuing reservations, true to his word, the car was delivered to my door in the time promised, with the work professionally done. I was pleasantly surprised and have to say that I can understand why Paragon Honda has earned the #1 spot in the nation for the number of used Hondas sold. Customer satisfaction has to be a big factor for their success. So, if you're seriously in the market for a quality car at a fair price without annoying hidden costs, from salespeople that actually practice customer service, I recommend you visit Paragon Honda and ask for Joe Carusone or Sal Sidiq. I hope that you, too, will be pleasantly surprised! Thank you gentlemen, for turning things around! - Mrs. J. More
We shopped 5 local dealers for a used low miles Honda Fit Sport. These were in NH, MA and CT. All cars were comparable, 2008 Fit Sports with less than 20,000 miles on them. All cars had asking prices of $16 Sport. These were in NH, MA and CT. All cars were comparable, 2008 Fit Sports with less than 20,000 miles on them. All cars had asking prices of $16,000. Every single dealers stopped bargaining at either $14,500 or 14,650. Every single dealer then announced a $200-350 "dealer conveyance fee" on top of the agreed upon price. This was after negotiating for an"out the door" price. I was told by Liberty Honda in Hartford, CT and by Lia Honda of Northampton, MA that they were obligated to charge this fee. This is not so. Lia Honda's $14,650 fit then turned out not be be Honda Certified. By the time we got to paragon I was very, very suspicious of all dealers. Anyhow, we saw a Honda Fit on the Paragon website with only 9,200 miles on it, Certified and only $14,000. Needless to say we bought it. They didn't tack on any fees, there was no BS. Everything went very simply. When there was some confusion about the process of MA registration Paragon quickly sent me a check by FedEx for the full amount of the tax and registration fees that I had paid them. Sayed in particular was very, very eager to help. The price on the car started lower than I could find anyplace in three states, the true price I paid for the car was over $1000 less than I could have paid locally without having top beat up the dealer or waste time. I feel like maybe we could have negotiated another $100-200 off the price, but since we saved so much to start with it was hardly worth it. We got an awesome deal on that car. It's true I had to drive a total of two round trips to New York, a total of 10 hours, but it's like I was paid $100/hour to do that. The car is turning out to be totally great, and we would buy from this dealer again. More

I went to this dealership on January 9, 2010 to inquire about a Honda Accord. I was referred to this particular dealer by a friend who said I would get great help. I got beyond great help. We were immed about a Honda Accord. I was referred to this particular dealer by a friend who said I would get great help. I got beyond great help. We were immediately taken care of and the gentleman Michale Ferman was so nice. I've been to other dealerships in the past and have had awful experiences so I was nervous at first. That went away the minute we walked in!! As I mentioned we were helped right away and Michael helped us work out a deal. We then met Gary Lin who is the buisness manager and he as well was helpful and helped us out right away. He gave us full attention and was prepared to answer all our finacial questions. Once the deal was agreed upon, they told us they had to ship the car from Brooklyn and it would take awhile. During the time that we had to wait, Michael continuosuly asked if he could get us a beverage or send out for food. David Pena also came over and said when car comes in he would show us all the functions. Even though the car hadn't arrived, David also continuosuly asked us if he could get us anything and engaed us in different conversations. Once the car arrived David showed us everything. Honestly I was amazed at the entire process and the entire team. I would refer anyone and everyone to this dealership. Overall I would score them above ten because they go above and beyond for their customers. More
