I went into the dealership with the intention of financing my 2008 Honda Pilot (orginally leased from Potamkin Honda). I called in to Paragon, as it is my new dealership and spoke to a woman named J financing my 2008 Honda Pilot (orginally leased from Potamkin Honda). I called in to Paragon, as it is my new dealership and spoke to a woman named Jennifer who was very nice and professional on the phone. She set my appointment up with Mr. Ariel Munoz. Ariel met me at the door when I arrived and was very curteous, professional and anything but intemidating. My family was with at the time of the sit down and he was very welcoming of them as well. We sat down and I explained to him what I wanted to do and why and he gave me a good explanation as to why it was better to lease a new vehicle rather than finance my old one without a down payment (confirmed later by financial numbers). He worked a good deal for me on a 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with Navi! The sit down with the financial person was however, upsetting. There was never a mention of sales tax being included in monthly payments. The person raised my monthly rate by about $60.00 per month. At that time I was ready not to sign by Ariel came back in and pretty much saved the day. So please, make sure there is clarification with EVERYTHING. Other than that, I had a pretty good experience with Paragon Honda. I recommend. More

We had a great experience at Paragon Honda with James. He was warm, friendly, confident, and great to our kids. But, thanks to Mohammad Rakib, I was able to land on a very good buy at an affordable price. His patience and understanding made the challenge less daunting. My indecisiveness over which vehicle to buy coupled with my tight budget was remedied with great adeptness. Mohammad and I spoke about various options including the possibilities of different financing options. Even on his days off and holidays, Mohammad was still busy at work, maintaing contact with me and doing research. In the end, we were able to come up with just the right combination - a car that I really like at an price I can afford. Mohammad is a great sales person. I will see him again when it's time to buy a Honda Pilot. Oh, by the way, even if you are not satisfied with hub caps on your buy, Mohammad will take care of that too. lol. My first experience with Paragon Honda,was when I called their customer service department. The customer service agent was very polite was not pushy, and she asked me question to verify the exact type of ve their customer service department. When I arrived at the show room,the receptionist had already had my name and provided me with a sales consultant by the name of James Bosworth. Consultant James, was very friendly he inquired what type of car I was looking for and if I had previously driven a Honda. I told him that I had a Honda Civic for over 10, years and was very satisfied with the car.However, my intentions was to lease an Accord.After explaining all of the features of the car(Accord), James had me test drive an Accord. During the test drive, he continued to provide me with additional safety features of the car including the warranty. I was hook on the Accord but because of my credit score, my monthly payment would have been more than I could afford at the time. James told me that he was going to consult with his business manager,William Liand to attempt to assist me. I spoke to Mr.Liang, who was also very pleasant and after working the numbers he suggested that if I chose a Honda Civic, my monthly payments will be lower. It took many hours to arrive at the payment that I would be comfortable with but between the consultant James and business manager Mr.Liang, I able drive out with a new 2011 Honda Civic,and never once was I pressured to buy the car instead,I was given good and realistic financial advised by a team of professionals who sole purpose was to please the customer. To impress me even more,I had arrived at the dealer with another car so once I had obtain the Honda Civic, I had no one to drive the other car.Consultant James volunteered to drive the other car, I drove my new Civic and James followed me to my residence in the other car. I was impressed and pleased with the service I received at Paragon Honda, it's a very friendly environment and I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More

He made me feel very comfortable and he was super honest. Evelin Sanchez (Delivery Coordinator) was also very impressive. She attended to all my concerns and during the time I waited for my vehicle she made me feel like I was at home amongst friends. At the end she took the time to explain every feature in the car and showed me how it operated. I have never received this type of service from any dealer. I have to say that getting a new car was a whole lot of fun and not as stressful as it has been in the past. William Lians, the finance mangager is super nice guy. He talks to you like a person and not like someone he just wants to charge an exuberant amount of interest. He was honest when discussing the credit score with me and explained the new FICO auto score in a very professional and "non-pushy" manner. I did not get aggravated at all throughout the whole process. Just keep in mind when you buy a car anywhere, you will have to be patient, after all they are processing all your dmv, finances and delivering the car to you (sometimes from another dealer). Everywhere I have leased or purchased a car, required waiting, so make sure you take the day off work when you decide to purchase/lease a vehicle. More
