He was great -- always patient, always made time for us, even though he stood nothing to gain personally from these post-sales calls. To begin with, I am located 1250 miles away from this dealership. I called Joe, the used car manager, and he was very responsive and honest in all questions I had for him. I flew out to NYC and was met by eventual salesman, Admir, who diligently walked me through the purchase of this out-of-state car. The one issue I had with the vehicle was that there was no owners manuals or extra key. Joe and Admir even took control of this issue and had an extra key and all owners manuals in my hands within 3 days of my return. Outstanding in all aspects and highly recommend to all out-of-state buyers. More

This was my second leased Civic sale at this dealership in the past three years. It was good to know that you can count on the service and quality being consistently great. Her down to earth yet professional personality made it such a comfortable and fun experience. Her knowledge of the product was also greatly appreciated. She really took the time to work with me and figure out my needs and wants in selecting the right car. I will be more than happy to refer her to friends and family to her in the future. Hopefully she will still be an employee 3 years from now when my lease is up. The final employee I had the pleasure of meeting was David Pena. He was my delivery coordinator. What a great way to end an already fabulous experience. He took his time to make sure I understood all the features and perks of my new Honda Civic. His friendly and knowledgable personality was perfect in sharing my excitement over my new car. This is actually my third Civic and he was able to educate me on features I didn't even realize I had in the past....kudos! Paragon does offer the best prices in Brooklyn-Queens-Long Island Area. Two issues to watch out for: 1) Car isn't necessarily available (they will tell you that it's in a shop / different Brooklyn-Queens-Long Island Area. Two issues to watch out for: 1) Car isn't necessarily available (they will tell you that it's in a shop / different location or simply vanished w/o a trace); 2) Paragon certifies wracked cars (to various degree of damage) and offer it as Certified Used Vehicle. Check Carfax for every car you are considering and prepare yourself to come back empty handed. "Bait and Switch" is a normal procedure there. Service department is likely to rip you off any chance they get - you will need to know what you really need to be done and clearly communicate it to them. Summary: If $100-$300 is not a problem - try a different dealer. More
First let me tell you that based on this experience my husband has changed his allegiance from Toyota to Honda. My husband and I began our car search approximately two months ago. I had done some research and determined that Paragon Honda had the best inventory pricing then the other Honda dealerships in our area. We stopped in briefly on a Saturday and Mohammed was our first sales person contact. We liked him because as my husband said it, "He seemed to be the man making the deals and on the move". Mohammed gave us his business card and told us to give him a call when we were ready to buy. We were finally ready and visited Mohammed on April 11,2010. The 2007 Pilots that they had were all wonderful but we were looking for something with lower mileage and a sun roof. Mohammed promised us that he would find us a Pilot to our specs. Well he called on Monday(4-12-2010) and said that there was a new shipment of 2007 Pilots and for us to come in. We came in on Tuesday (4-13-2010). He had three 2007 Pilots for us to look at. All were very nice and met our specs of low mileage and a sun roof. The last 2007 Pilot was still in the detail shop when Mohammed stated that he had this last one to look at. My husband and I were floored when we saw it. Not only did the car have low mileage and the sunroof, but it was stunning to look at as well. Mohammed initiated the paperwork and submitted it to Mitch Levy, the Finance manager. Mitch took over from there. Mitch explained the various financing options to us. He was extremely amiable and diligent with our loan deal. He was off the next day(4-14-2010) and even took our loan info with him to work from home. Once he got the approval, he called both my husband and I and started the closing documentation. Mitch was on the phone with us the whole day trying to get the insurance info together. Mitch Levy is a wonderful kindhearted man that really looks to help people with their dream of car ownership. On 4-15-2010, my husband told me that we had to go to Paragon to sign the paperwork. Well the joke was on me because Mitch and my husband told me that the 2007 Honda Pilot with low mileage / sunroof / and did I mention, a DVD entertainment was ready for me to drive. What a FANTASTIC surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You Mohammed and Mitch for providing my husband and I with car ownership. Not just car ownership but the 2007 Honda Pilot that we desired with all of our requirements(low mileage / sunroof / DVD entertainment system). More
