I purchased a new Honda Accord from Paragon Honda, about two years ago after, visiting numerous other Honda dealerhips in the New York area.Very early on I noticed that these were a competent and customer-f two years ago after, visiting numerous other Honda dealerhips in the New York area.Very early on I noticed that these were a competent and customer-friendly group.I was even more impressed when I went to the Service Dept. for the car's first scheduled maintenance service. The customers are treated as if they were special guests at some five stars hotel. After you drive to the receiving area of the Service Department,smartly dressed Service Advisors greet you as you exit your vehicle.They then accompany you to their desks. They politely get you comfortably seated. Now,they patienly go over your car problems with you and give you an honest evaluation. They then direct you to their extremely clean and inviting ,multi TV sets equipped waiting room where,hot coffee tea and an assortment of buttered bagels are available, courtesy of Paragon Honda. By now, I have been going to the Service Dept. for a long time. The Manager, Anthony Petito, takes care of the customers as if their problems were his own personal issues. Mr. Petito is also very concerned about the cleanliness of his establishment. I have observed him,in between attending to customers,go aroung and doing janitorial work. I was surprised to learn that he's only the Manager of the Service Dept.,not the owner of the dealership. I also should mention George Carlson, the very competent and customer-friendly Manager of the Body Shop. These guys are the best. Because of Anthony Petito, George Carlson and their well trained staffs, Paragon Honda is the place to do business with. More

The good thing about Paragon Honda. Jose Paulino. He is a real gentleman and a professional. Joe Carusone is a pro. He is the lead sales manager at Paragon's used car lot. I went in last week to buy a pre-owned CR-V. Joe sensed that I wasn't getting the right level of service from my salesperson Paragon's used car lot. I went in last week to buy a pre-owned CR-V. Joe personally inspected my car and made sure that all of the scratches and dings were taken care of and the car was serviced properly before being delivered to me. I was very happy with both the value of my purchase and the level of service from Joe and his team. More

All the employees were very friendly everytime I walked in the dealership. I went for an 2008 Honda Accord, and left with a 2009 Accord. I got a deal. Even though the dealership is good, I'd still recommend Vincent only, just my preference. Even after I had drove my car off the lot, he was still very helpful days later when I had concerns. More

My experience w/ Paragon Honda was absolutely top notch. I usually only purchase cars private party however, after seeing the extremely fair price that Paragon was asking for the EXACT car I was looking for I usually only purchase cars private party however, after seeing the extremely fair price that Paragon was asking for the EXACT car I was looking for I decided to give them a try and I am very happy that I did. When I first contacted Paragon I was connected to the Sales Manager, Mike, who understood that I would be traveling from out of state and was more than accommodating to make arrangements for me to test drive the car. In fact, he was willing to hold the car for me (on good faith mind you) until I was able to get there almost 3 full days later. Once I arrived at Paragon, Mike introduced me to my Sales Associate, Monica Rodriguez, who is an absolute dream to work with. I found Monica to be very knowledgeable of not only the cars Paragon sells but of all the competing cars in the same class. Her positive attitude and patience (even while I kicked every tire on the lot) is unparalleled and I will most definitely recommend Monica to my friends and family. Overall both Monica and Mike exceeded my expectations every step of the way, they run a great business and are great people. More
