At the beginning, I got everything that, as customer, I was looking for to complete a purchase: Great attention, good car and a good price. Unfortunately, the great service did not last as I had wished. I had the opportunity to meet Mr.Sultan and David Munos, sales persons at Paragon Honda. They gave me special service, and convinced me to choose Paragon Honda instead of any other dealer. I really was satisfied and thanks them for their service and attention. Thirty Five (35) days later, however, I had not received the Title of the vehicle, and was told by the NY DMV that they had not received the paper work from the dealer. I decided to call Paragon's customer service on Friday, October 7 2011, and asked if she could tell me "if the paperwork had been sent or if they were going to send it soon". This lady, however, was reluctant to answer during the entire conversation. She kept her statement that I did not need to worry about it because the dealer had Forty Five (45) Days to send the title to motor vehicles. She did not care that I needed the title, as I calmly explained her, and all I wanted was to check if there was any mistake or delay that we could avoid. I finally gave up with the only choice of waiting. After that, I actually got a call from Ms.Dinny (Might be miss spelled), and she did took the time to review my case. She explained me that the paperwork had been sent to DMV, but rejected and they had to order a duplicate title. She also apologized and ask me to pass by, if I needed, and get an extended registration. Thank you very much to those professional individuals at Paragon Honda. More
A month before I went down to paragon I was in an accident that totaled my 08 Civic si. I went down to paragon in search of a 2012 si in red just like my old car. After searching many dealerships no one was able to provide a 2012 sedan regardless of color. I went down to paragon and spoke to Kevin only to find out that there were only about 5 of the models I was looking for on the entire east coast. Kevin spent the entire day looking for my car in color that I wanted. He was able to find one about 8 hours away. Paragon went to all the trouble of buying the car off of the other dealership and driving it down. Kevin took a flight up there for me and drove it down personally. He went way above and beyond what I would of expected to provide me with my dream car. More
I had been slowly researching for a perfect car for myself. I dropped into Paragon honda a few times but nothing caught my eye - and then I realized I wasn't just looking for a good car, but also good myself. I can honestly say he's one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was patient (not pushy AT ALL) - he wasn't just trying to take my money and sell me anything. He knew my needs and concentrated only on that. I went for a specific vehicle in mind which happened to not be in the lot that day. Bark took down my info and promised to call me once he located the vehicle..and guess what? That's exactly what he did the next day. I made my way over and got the most amazing 2010 honda accord I wanted for a price I couldn't find anywhere else! And I had shopped around a lotttt! Bark really made my car purchasing experience a breeze. Thank you so much! Oh how can I forget their finance guy Alan! I don't know how long he's been working there but he was so good!! I went in with the intentions to purchase with cash but ended up financing with the great offer he gave me.. Honestly, I was going in for a Honda Pilot 2010 Certified but Vicky and Rafael hooked me up with a NEW Honda Pilot 2011 for a cheaper price!!! They were incredibly nice to work with. I came in very apprehe but Vicky and Rafael hooked me up with a NEW Honda Pilot 2011 for a cheaper price!!! They were incredibly nice to work with. I came in very apprehensive since other dealerships were like sharks and pressured you to buy. Everything I asked for within this new car, they were accomadating and customer service from these guys were top notch. You can't go wrong going with Team Rafael. Vicky, Raf, you guys ROCK!! More
I had heard of paragon bonds from reviews online, tv commercials and friends. I was a bit apprehensive as this would be our first car and was worried about insurance. Well, from the second we walked in to the second we left I just say our visit and experience was outstanding. When we walked in, the manager Ariel Munoz walked right up to us and introduced himself and his sales rep Shawn brown who gave us a test drive, worked leasing numbers that we were more than happy with and showed us the vehicle we wanted with no hassle. He didn't try to show us or talk about anything that wasn't what we wanted. Once we agreed on figures which were to die for, we met Gary Lin the finance manager. All I can say about Gary is amazing, funny, friendly and helpful! Gary made sure we got into our brand new Honda crv with amazing insurance. I can say after visiting other dealerships is that paragon Honda is amazing friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable with the lease of our first car and even made the experience easier shopping with a child with coloring books and cookies! I highly recommend this dealership and these three gentlemen! More

Overall, I was very pleased with the end result when I left Paragon. We did have a rocky beginning,(first time I went in there, the car I inquired about had been sold already - and no one bothered to left Paragon. But Sal and his team worked extremely hard to right their original mistake, and ensure that I was in fact a "satisfied customer". The staff was friendly and approachable. They helped ease the boredom when waiting around for paperwork, etc. I do feel that there needs to be some improvement in communication amongst the internet sales personnel and the car salesmen. I also feel that the receptionist should spend less time on her iphone when a customer is waiting for her to complete typing something up on her computer, so that said customer could leave. Most importantly, I was impressed with the team work that I saw, and even more impressed with how dedicated and Sal was to put me in a vehicle that I felt comfortable in. The vehicle was listed at 15K, and that's what I paid! There were no surprises. It is a car buying experience unlike any other. Me and my girlfriend caught a bus to New York from Baltimore, a cab to the subway, and the subway to Queens to take advantage of this steal. I searched the web exetnsively for a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe and Paragon had the competition beat by far. There vehicle had lower miles, was the only certified pre-owned, and was 5 to 6 thousand dollars cheaper than the competition. The best part about our experience was the service. The representative Sal Sifs was very accomadating, personable, and honest. We had a few hiccups on our way to New York and we had to keep pushing our meeting with Sal back. He never complained and he made himself available until very late. The dealership closed at 8:30pm and he waited for us until 10:15p. Where else do you get service like this! More
