Mr Haitham knowledge, professionalism, patience and ability to work around my budget made this a very pleasant experience. He took my daughter and I for a test drive, to make sure I was comfortable with the choice I was making and he took care of all the paperwork in a time record (as my time was limited). The service was overall flawless!! Shopping for a vehicle can be a bit stressful and time consuming, but at Paragon Honda, I could have not asked for better car buying experience and my daughter and I are very grateful. Good staff and service John Santiago was great. Didn’t feel pressured. Very knowledgeable with any features. Surprised that he was able to answer many questions. Also staff’ John Santiago was great. Other salespeople from other dealers not so good. Only problem was final price on vehicle, didn’t feel I got as good a deal as I could have, but partly my fault for not looking up price or reasearching that particular model. In all got a fair price and would recommend. If I get another car would definitely shop here again. More
