Easy sale, great service Great experience buying a certified used Odyssey at Paragon. John Santiago was easy to work with and very responsive via text and phone calls. Got a g Great experience buying a certified used Odyssey at Paragon. John Santiago was easy to work with and very responsive via text and phone calls. Got a great deal on a car without a lot of the pushy salesman stuff. The best part is they stand behind their service and their cars. About 2 weeks after purchase I started noticing an issue with the brakes. I called John and he set up a valet service to pick up my car (in NJ!), bring it in to service and they replaced my brakes and rotors for free because I had just purchased the car. Returned the car to me at no cost the same day. I will definitely be recommending the dealership and John and go to them for my next car. More
