The first thing i noticed when i walked in to the dealership was someone already ready to help us. He came and introduced himself and before showing us the cars, he asked us about what we are interes dealership was someone already ready to help us. Unlike other dealers, straight running to paper work and "FORCING" the cars on you, he understood the situations we have and how we can work things out. He was a real gentleman with his performance and knowledge on the cars. Only showed us in the price range and the type of cars we asked for. He didn't try to force anything upon us. GREAT JOB! More employees need to be like him. The best is that he did not rush in anything, took his time to explain and LISTEN to us before suggesting or making any other decisions. Highly advise going to the dealer and asking to work on your car that you want with Bark Qazi. More
I would definately NOT recommend going here. The salesperson started out friendly enough, he was very young. His grammar was terrible. Once we started to talk about price, I was asked to sign the paperwork, BEFORE settling on a price. I stated that I would not do that. They asked me why, I said I won't sign a contract until we work out the price. I was then asked for my debit card as proof that I was a serious buyer. I told them when we are finished with the negotiations and I sign the agreement, I will give you my card. The salesperson said it was to show the manager I am a serious buyer. I told him that I have leased many cars in the past, worth much more money, and I never heard of this and I am now uncomfortable. He argued with me until a sales manager came over to us. At this point my 1 yr old fell asleep, so I told them I need to get her home to sleep in her crib. The salesperson said let her sleep on the floor or on a chair! He begged me to stay a few more minutes, as I was holding a sleeping baby in my arms. He then offered me a price, I told them I need it to be lower, I will come back tomorrow. After chasing me, my wife, and my infant daughter down the block, I finally managed to get away. I spoke with the salesperson by phone and email, we agreed on a price. HOWEVER, the price then changed to $50 per month more when it was time to buy. The people that work at this dealership are TOTALLY unprofessional, they are rude,and you should NOT trust them. They clearly offered me a price, which I have in writing by email, but then refused to honor it. Once call to another dealership and the price was honored. More
From the moment I entered I was greeted by Jose with respect, and I honestly felt he wanted to help me achieve the best possible deal I could get. Jose worked with the bank and his branch to ensure not only the deal went through but I drove home in a brand new car with payments I could afford. He also went above and beyond to get me great insurance. Everything was taken care of, and I truly have to thank him for that. I commend his professionalism, and the applaud the work he's done. Next time I'm on the market, or if I know anyone whose on the market, I'll personally take them to see Jose. More
The car dealer had excellent knowledge on the vehicle I intially came in to buy. In the end I didn't buy the car I had my eye on, due to the fact it had been sold. From the intial contact with the Internet Specialist, Lucinda to the lot with Camila and the final purchasing of the car went smoothly. I thank those two for their patience (although I barely had patience because this was my first car purchase) and everyone else who worked on my car purchase. More

I recently leased a 2012 Honda Accord LX-S Coupe. My Sales Expert, Mr. Billy Sanchez, provided stellar and expert advice on the diverse selection of Accords available. His depth in knowledge of Honda's innovations and standard features provided me with a wealth of information to make a well informed choice of leasing a vehicle reasonable within my budget. One of the most important qualities of my experience with Billy was that there was no pressure to get the deal done in a matter of 5 minutes. Billy understood the importance of comparing trims, pricing, and test drives. I mentioned I was interested in an accord coupe and prior to my arrival, Billy had an LX-S and V6 EX-L waiting for me to test drive. This wasn't your two block and drive and put in park and sign the lease test drive; Billy provided a detailed tour of both interior and exterior features. He also gave a thorough explanation of new features in the engine. I was able to test drive both models on a highway and urban setting and enjoyed both models. The test drive was followed by pricing and options. One of the first questions Billy asked me was, what was I looking to spend, put down, and how was my credit history. This layed the foundation to lease terms and pricing. He presented numbers for both models that were within my budget and left the decision entirely to me. I was able to reach a deal with the financial office and signed a lease that fit my budget, gameplan, and model preference. During my negotiations with the financial office, Billy was attentive to the point that he had the vehicle washed and detailed for me to drive out the dealership the same day. We crossed "T's" and dotted "I's" and was able to drive my brand new 2012 Honda Accord LX-S home. I had a terrific experience at Paragon and more importantly with Billy. I recommend Billy for anyone looking to get into a car because of expeditious, friendly, and expert service. Leasing a vehicle can be a life altering and nerve wrecking experience, however Billy changed the setting to a smooth and comfortable transaction. More
I bought a Honda Civic 2008 in August 2011 from Paragon Honda. Sal Sifs, my salesman, is personable and considerate. He's also dedicated to his clients. His manager, Joe, made me some guarantees before the sale, and he kept them: he's an honorable man. I was wary of used car dealership--as everyone is. But the people at Paragon Honda are good folks who sell good cars, so you have nothing to worry about. They live up to their name and good reputation. I recommend them without reservation. More
