Had a wonderful experience purchasing a used Honda Pilot from Joe Carusone (sales manager) and Juan Carrion (salesperson). Notably, over the summer, I had a very bad experience at the same dealership and was reluctant to return. However, the excellent service and attention I received this time from Joe and Juan more than made up for it. If you're in the market for a pre-owned Honda, I would recommend making the trip to Paragon and if possible -- dealing with one or both of these gentlemen. More

I sign a contract & gave a $1000 deposit towards a 2006 Pilot. The next week I see the same car on there website for $5000 less than they told me the list price was. The sales rep David Garcia would not ac Pilot. The next week I see the same car on there website for $5000 less than they told me the list price was. The sales rep David Garcia would not accept my calls for 5 days and when I did get through to him he claimed not to know anything about what I had seen. His manager Jack Levant came on the line & told me that the car was sold. He was to return my deposit that day, I called three days later to find out why he never returned the money and he told me he thought I wanted to leave the money towards another car that he could sell me. I mentioned that I had been in contact with a lawyer and he said for me to sue him for my money and hung up the phone on me. It has been about 1 month since I spoke to him & still ne money. More

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst experience I have ever had. I was at the dealership for 10 hours just so they could fix two things they promised that they would. They sold me a certified car that needed new brakes a at the dealership for 10 hours just so they could fix two things they promised that they would. They are shady and just want to make a sale!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! More
