The service at Paragon Honda was second to none. Angel was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him. I would definitely come back & recommend Paragon Honda to anyone who is looking for a car. More

The service was fine and everything but,one of your employees try to look at me like i was stupid or something.Your employee Rick R.castellar try to steal from me by lying to me about the car not being certified. He told me that i had to pay him Five hundred and Fifty dollars $550.00, on the side in order for me to get my car serviced. He never gave me details about how the car came with these services already. For example, the car has a broken headlight, missing Rug,stained Rug... I Spoke to one of your finance person about the problem.Because i was confused about the issue, which is Glenny Pena..She explained to me and told me how things work and i understood and realize how Rick was thinking i was stupid!!!.Also i spoke to Joe one of your manager, and i told him how my car needed a few things done and the Fraud with Rick. AND i think he didn't do anything about it...And i want you guys to do me a Favor, not to have anything against Glenny Pena, because she was great help to me. More
I've been in the market for a crossover for a few weeks. I've been to 4 showrooms in the Queens and Brooklyn area before coming to Paragon Honda. After shopping around, and striking a few potential deals I've been to 4 showrooms in the Queens and Brooklyn area before coming to Paragon Honda. After shopping around, and striking a few potential deals in the area, I found out about Paragon via Edmunds.com. Long story short, John C. at Paragon was able to meet my price and do business with me at well bellow the asking price of other dealerships. Best of all, it was with no haggling, and no run-arounds. I knew what I wanted, he knew what paragon wanted, and we struck a great deal within 10 minutes. Past that, my experience did not end there. I was introduced to my new car by a very knowledgeable and friendly Elsie Tavarez. I knew pretty much everything I needed to know about my car within 5 minutes thanks to her. Thank you John, Elsie, and Paragon for making my car buying experience a good one. More
My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I purchased a so-called (certified) vehicle in March '10 and soon realized that pleasantries on the part of the salesman disappointing and stressful. I purchased a so-called (certified) vehicle in March '10 and soon realized that pleasantries on the part of the salesman, Mohammed Hossaid, went out the window once the purchase was done and problems with an UNSAFE car began. Problems and issues such as:A TRUNK THAT LEAKED WHEN IT RAINED, BAD FRONT SHOCKS, DEFECTIVE AIR BAG SENSORS (SAFETY), BAD AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM, BAD DAY-LIGHTS, DEFECTIVE VISOR, rejected inspection due to sensor issues, $300 in tolls and gas, days off from work, begging, pleading, screaming, and spending 10 hours at the show room waiting for the car to be serviced. You would think that I bought a car in this condition from someone off the street and not from a Certified Honda dealership where you expect a car to have been tested and ready within Honda safety specification measures but not at Paragon Mess where getting your registration on time, returned phone calls and/or getting problems resolved in a timely, professional, and productive manner are fantasies. I will say that the money I saved buying this car at this place was not worth the aggravation I've endured. More
i went in to paragon as a first time car buyer, since 1992. I had researched and knew what i was looking for... fully intended to drive off of the lot with what i wanted... alas... i did! granted it was 1992. I had researched and knew what i was looking for... fully intended to drive off of the lot with what i wanted... alas... i did! granted it was a lengthy process but i understand that is to be expected. i was greeted at the door, shown what i wanted to see, had a test drive, my color was in stock and there you have it!!!! all done with smiles and a positive, in control attitude that was grandly executed by all involved. I recently purchased a used vehicle from paragon honda to export to Canada. Abdul was very helpful with all the required paper work, which made the transaction very smooth. There were a couple small things missed in the certified used car inspection, but once I contacted Abdul he promptly sent the replacement parts to me right away. I would recommend a Canadian to use Paragon Honda to purchase and export a vehicle from the US. But I would recommend not using the online contact options, instead call Abdul directly. More
I used to think this dealership was amazing I used to think this dealership was a great place when I first leased my vehicle but when I went back to see if I could trade in my Honda in for a new I used to think this dealership was a great place when I first leased my vehicle but when I went back to see if I could trade in my Honda in for a newer one, I was astonished to find out certain things. At first I did not like the pressure that was put on me to actually close the deal after I had told them numerous times that I was working out the numbers so that I could make a decision. Then above all was the fact that I had actually done my homework on how leases work because I had realized how ripped off I got on the Honda I leased from them originally. On top of all that somehow someway the newer one was going to cost me more monthly than a luxury vehicle so I decided to leave that dealership and Honda all together because I hated the way I was treated and how they tried again to rip me off for another leasing term. I now drive a new Lexus and pay way less for it with the same amount of down payment they wanted for the new accord. Please do your homework before you go anywhere to get a car. More
I came in to purchase a new vechicle and everything was going just fine until I was informed that my car was in and I could pick it up that night. I asked the manager that was on the phone if a particular going just fine until I was informed that my car was in and I could pick it up that night. I asked the manager that was on the phone if a particular finance associate was there because I wanted to work with the same man I spoke to the day before. The manager LIED and said that he was there so that I would not wait until the following day to pick up the car. Then I get there only to find out that this finance associate was using a planned vacation day. There is no reason to ever lie to a customer. But since I was already there and went out of my way to do so, I agreed to work with someone else. The next day I get a phone call that I have to come back bc they messed up the paper work, needless to say I was not happy. So to compensate I got 2 free oil changes. A week or so later I was worried about my payoff on the trade in since the bill was coming due. I left my sales person 2 voice mails and I am still waiting for my return call. The transaction was mid-May it is now 7/16/10. Before leaving the dealership they said they would send all the necessary paperwork to my insurance company. Well yesterday I get a letter that my insurance company wants to cancel my coverge becuase I'm missing paperwork that the Paragon Honda said they would send them right away. Again it is 2 months later! I call the dealership today and leave a message early this morning, do you think I got a call back? No! So I called them again and the sales person was finally around. Lets see if they actually send the paperwork but I doubt it so I will probably have to call them everyday this week until it gets done. As a side note, someone from Honda calls about the service at one of their dealerships right after I picked up my car and I answered honestly. Soon after I get a call from Paragon, " I understand you were not happy with the service you received here at Paragon and that one of my employees lied to you" etc, So after we spoke for a few minutes. His way of making amends is that, "well I will speak to them and it won't happen again." Personally I know that it will never happen again because I won't be going there ever again! Best of all, my mother was going to buy a car from them that following Sunday. I talked her and all my family and friends out of ever going to Paragon Honda in Woodside and maybe out of Honda's all together. More

Before my divorce I always left the purchase of a car to my husband as I had very little interest in cars. Thus I approached the experience of car shopping with some trepdation. I went to several dealers bo my husband as I had very little interest in cars. Thus I approached the experience of car shopping with some trepdation. I went to several dealers both on Long Island and then New York City. Because I keep and drive my car in Suffolk county I tried dealers near my home. There was a very poor selection of pre-owned vehicles and I found an attitude that was less then welcoming. Then I went to Paragon and it was a wonderful experience!!!! When I found a dent on the passenger side of the car as we were pulling out of the dealership and I relayed it to the manager there was no question that they would fix it. When I got the car home and discovered one of the headlights was not working I returned the car to be fixed. The manager, Mike Adovic, had one of his salespeople drive us to Manhattan to save the expense of a car service. Everything is done with a smile. The customer service is remarkable. I have already recommended Paragon to a close friend who is replacing her BMW. I told her the prices at Paragon may be reasonable (as compared to BMW) but the service is high, high end!!! More
