My old 2008 Honda CRV lease was almost up and my husband and I were so pleased with the car that we decided to get a new 2010 Honda CRV! To add to the easy commute, we were so pleased with Paragon Honda as soon as we walked in the door. We were greeted by Rick Serrano, the saleman, who was kind, knowledgable, very accomodating and extremely funny (which was an added bonus). He addressed our needs, was very efficient, and filled out our paperwork in record time! Everyone knows it takes a while to buy/lease a car, but we never felt like it was a "process". Rick, along with Rafael Rodriguez, the Sales Manager, addressed all concerns and questions we had about the car and our old lease, they let me ring the bell when we purchased our new car (so exciting!), other sales guys came over just to talk to us and keep us company, Rick Serrano explained our new features in the 2010 Honda CRV which was great...I can't say it enough...great experience! After searching for months for a 2007 Honda CR-V in my area (Syracuse, NY) I decided that they were out of my price range. I called Paragon immediately and was put in touch with Joe P. the used car manager. He made it clear that Paragon's reputation was important to him and he would do everything possible to earn my business. The drive from Syracuse to NYC is a little over 5 hours but to make up for it Joe threw in four new tires!!! My sales person Juan had the vehicle ready and my paper work expedited so I didn't have to spend all afternoon at the dealership. The price was right, the vehicle sparkling, the only thing left...financing. Although it can be intimidating to be financed at a dealership Juan and Joe made the experience easy and they lowered my loan rate to be competitive with my credit union! All of the pieces fell together and I was able to drive away in the car of my dreams thanks to Joe and Juan at Paragon Honda. Not only will I drive the 5 hours back to NYC to purchase my next vehicle but I will be referring all of my family and friends to Paragon too! Thanks guys :) More

I had a great experience purchasing a used Honda from Paragon. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Nadeeb who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what I could afford. The manager, Mike, was more than happy to work with me and get me a great price and monthly payments that I could afford. Mike made me feel very comfortable and I was relieved to find that there were no hidden fees and I didn’t need to haggle with him for a great price. I went to the dealership with the intention of just looking. I was approached by a salesman named Jonathan Camacho who was such a nice person to deal with. It was not available in his dealership in the color I wanted so he himself went to another dealership 50 miles away and picked it up for me himself. Who does that for a customer today?? I chose to purchase a Certified Preowned vehicle from Paragon Honda because I wanted a reliable used vehicle with a better than average rating. I now have a top of the line vehicle, with Navigation, at a price that I am extremely comfortable with. I have purchased several other vehicles in my lifetime and I have yet to have such a pleasant experience as I did at Paragon Honda. They are very very patient and friendly with all cutomers, whether you purchase or not. The facility is very clean. They can find a vehicle to match your needs, in the choice of color desired 95% of the time. Also They have many resources to find a financial plan to fit anyone's budget. I highly recommed purchasing from Paragon Honda. The highest rating is a 5. However, they get all 10's from me. More

Initially a horrible experience, but they made an effor to make it right. They led us to think the car was ours, but sold it. Still, the finance guy was rude and they had slipped things into the contract we didn't want, but with Joe's help, we finally got the car, and it's nice. More
