I bought a 2007 Certified Pre-owned Honda Pilot. I would not be writing this review had it not been for the unbelievably great experience I had in Paragon Honda. I had a lot of hesitations of getting into a new car since I had a very bad experience, or nightmare I should say, when I got my first car from Hillside Honda. This time, everything was exactly opposite of what I experienced from my first purchase - the ease of getting the deal done, the comfort and convenience of the location of the dealership, the friendliness and honesty of John and Gary, the superb friendliness and fun orientation to my new car with Evelin (which I didn't have when I got my car from Hillside Honda) and the very reasonable waiting time to get my car done and ready to drive with. I didn't have to have my expectations set up high and not being met; I was never disappointed with all the wants and needs I had, and I didn't have to come back and forth just to get a new car. Everything was definitely, definitely AMAZING. Thanks to Jonathan and Gary. I came into the dealership with only hopes of getting a nice quote for getting a new car, but at the end of the day, I drove home my "dream car" and Paragon made it happen. More

We made an appointment to see the car, and I was a little apprehensive that it would actually be there, but it WAS. It was just as nice in person, as it was online. When it came to the price, I understood how the internet pricing worked before hand. It actually suprised me that not only was the internet price low and REAL as posted as online, but we paid no other fees, other than the tax. Sayed, made everything so comfortable and easy, that I was really surprised I didnt catch him in any of the usual dealer bs. We ended up driving off the dealership, paying nothing out of pocket, and having her payment go up only $30. She was more than estatic, and loving her 08 Accord EX-L.
