Service department always dependable to provide you with number one service and customer care. Never had any complain or problem when they say they will have my car ready by cetain time frame they always de number one service and customer care. CLASSIC BATE & SWITCHI called regarding a car they had in stock, was assured that the car was available and will be ready for a test drive. When I came in less than 2 hours later, I was told that the car was stock, was assured that the car was available and will be ready for a test drive. When I came in less than 2 hours later, I was told that the car was "JUST SOLD!" Not unlikely but strangely suspicious. I called the next morning and was once again told that this exact car, same year make model and stock number is still available and will be ready for a test drive when I get there. BAIT AND SWITCH! Hello - I just picked my Accord EX, Auto for 22,500 OTD in Louisville, Ky (including mud guards, protection package (not sure if thats worth a lot). The dealer refused to throw in the cargo and all weather mats. I could have picked up one about 150 miles from here for $250 less but the drive in this bad weather wasn't worth it. I researched prices, options, etc. for about 10 days before picking it up. This forum is fantastic! I was able to leverage a lot of the information I found here. Thank you all. Let me know if I can help anyone. Guys, I have about 1 month before I have to turn my 2007 Accord SE back in. I am looking into leasing a 2010 Accord LX-P but it's been a while since I've been in "the game" sort of speak. I haven't got the 07 inspected yet. Should I wait till maturity date is up or is it ok the try and lease new vehicle now? What's the advantages or dissadvantages of this??? Also I don't have to much info on the new vehicle other than payment. Could someone help me with that. THANKS in advance. What additional info would I need to help me with this deal? More

All salesmen should be like Joe their was no pressure and took his time to show as many cars untill i found the one i liked from star to finish he stuck with the sale and had others showing me around Joe did took his time to show as many cars untill i found the one i liked from star to finish he stuck with the sale and had others showing me around Joe didnt atact me or hound me i had left the first time because of my sons baseball game and h understood and didnt push geuss what i returned the next day and purchased a car Iam writing this to let anyone who read this you cant get this kind of sales man in other dealers i shoped around and in all the other lpaces i went they were like sharks and didnt give you the space you need to make a rational dissition you should not be rushed into buying somthing you want to drive your kids in six months passed and i went back and bought poilet i am very happy to say i feel safe knowing they care about what they sell you and want you to be happy not just sell you a car that you wont be happy in.
