After 3 hours of paperwork, test driving, and waiting for them to find keys to move cars out of the way for me to even start the test drive, I find out that the car was a repossession and they don't have the title to the car. Basically, I can't buy the car because the title in not in the possession of Paragon. Title still in the possession of original owner who most likely will not sign papers to give the title up. I actually shouldn't of even been able to test drive the car in the 1st place since Paragon DOESN'T own the thing. Crooks I tell ya. Do not waste a minute of your time going to this place. Nowhere to park. You have to walk all over the place looking for the car you want. It's just plain ridiculous. Car should've never been put on the internet in the first place. In my opinion, noone has a clue there. DO NOT DEAL WITH PARAGON HONDA!!! Buyer beware!!! More
For a check engine light problem they keep my car for over five days, stating that they were unable to repair my car. They charged me hundreds of dollars just to check my car, there mechanics are incompe over five days, stating that they were unable to repair my car. They charged me hundreds of dollars just to check my car, there mechanics are incompetent and they don’t know what they are doing. I guess they only know how to do oil change it’s sad. They don’t answer there phone, unable to get hold of the supervisor to complaint. My Honda accord paint, leather seat, glass repair done at there shop was inferior. Say away from this company or you will have nothing but problems. More
The main reasons to avoid Paragon Honda absolutely: you might die of old age while waiting to finalize your purchase, and they (and by "they" I really mean General Manager Sasha Kekovic) will be horribly r might die of old age while waiting to finalize your purchase, and they (and by "they" I really mean General Manager Sasha Kekovic) will be horribly rude to you in the process. We are moving to Maine and buying a car to take with us. Our lease in New York is up, and we have a signed lease in Maine to prove our residency. Every car dealership we've talked to - including Paragon - said this was no problem; they'd register the car in Maine as long as we had proof of residency. When we went to put down the deposit, they balked at doing the Maine registration, but then decided that if we picked the car up right before we actually drive out of New York, it would be okay. But no such luck. Today, on the aforementioned day of driving away, it's all of the sudden a huge problem again. Their new problem is that, according to the unidentified source at the DMV (seriously, we asked for his/her name and contact info and they refused) we had to have a utility bill. Our sales person Jose was actually quite nice about it, but he didn't seem all too worried about helping us. The battle moved on to Mr. Kekovic, who one can only assume, by his behavior, hates customers. After my husband got confirmation from officials at both the Maine DMV and county courthouse that it was indeed fine to register the car in Maine for us, Mr. Kekovic finally relented. But - and this is my favorite part - he also demanded that my husband give back the business card he'd given him, presumably so that my husband wouldn't report him. Too bad, Mr. Kekovic. I have no idea what sort of gain Paragon Honda was hoping to achieve by badgering us about the registration. It simply baffles the mind. Therefore I'm forced to assume that they were just being jerks, and that seems like an odd way of doing business. Perhaps New Yorkers just need better options in car dealerships. Are there any out there? More

Came to the dealership for the inspection. Was told my computer was not responding to the NYS Inspection system and I that have to drive for at least 50 miles to make the computer ready. I was told this computer was not responding to the NYS Inspection system and I that have to drive for at least 50 miles to make the computer ready. I was told this problem was due to my car battery being disconnected at some point or maybe my car was standing for a long time without being started. Never had anyone disconnected a battery in my car and the car never stood for more than a couple of days because I drive the car to work 5 days a week. Anyway, the next year I had the same problem during an inspection. I was told to drive the car again for 50 miles and come back. This time I went to a local car repair shop and they were able to determine in a matter of 10 minutes that the wire connections inside the computer were bad. Paragon Honda never even bothered to check for the problem. I was able to get the car fixed at another Honda dealership upstate NY. More
Never again. Do not go here. All of the employees are thugs, liars and thieves. The saleman is very unreliable. Can not get in touch with him after the day of the sale. The service ppl are hooligans t thugs, liars and thieves. The saleman is very unreliable. Can not get in touch with him after the day of the sale. The service ppl are hooligans taking hours to install lo-jack and then they makes me take the car to get it detailed at another location. The finance manager who apparently "left" the company lied about the warranty package. She said that the car would be comprehensively covered for 7 and not the 4. Do not go here. They will try to take your money. As enticing as the car might be, it's not worth the lies and trickeries they have up their sleeves. I wish the BBB would come and inspect their transactions. More
Bait and Switch. Rip Off. Internet Sales department just wants to get you on the lot. I drove to NY from PA to pick this vehicle up. I only drove into Queens because I kept confirming that the vehicle I wants to get you on the lot. I drove to NY from PA to pick this vehicle up. I only drove into Queens because I kept confirming that the vehicle I wanted was still available during the drive to New York. When I got there, a salesperson informed me that the vehicle was sold the previous day. I told him that I had spoken to their sales department 10 minutes prior and they told me the vehicle was still on the lot. The user car manager has no business being there. He has no idea how to treat a customer. I saw about 50 people waiting to purchase a car there. I would advise you to stay away from Paragon Honda. It is a scam. There are terrible car dealers and then there's Paragon Honda. They are at an all new low, especially the manager. More

I bought a blue Civic which needed a repair including bodywork six months later. The purchase was really a comedy as the finance manager, whose wife gave him a broken arm, lied to me about my credit. On bodywork six months later. The purchase was really a comedy as the finance manager, whose wife gave him a broken arm, lied to me about my credit. On the repair, the dealership send my car to Deans' repair a few miles away and they had ten days but took three weeks to finish the repair. Meanwhile, I bought another car. When I got the blue Civic back, the paint was just horrible. I tried to get the dealer to fix the problem but they did nothing. The hood and fender and bumper looked like cheap nail polish. Paragon called the Honda rep for the district after I wrote to HONDA in Connecitcut - a guy named Russell who is just a clown for the company who tried to manipulate me into liking the wrong color. I made a DMV complaint. The result when they looked at the car was to give me some money and make the dealership pay a heft fine. The body shop did not replace some support bars. The DMV said the color was close (no clear on my body and no flex in the bumper paint.) Six months later the paint on the bumper was cracked like alligator skin and falling off, and the front looked wierd, but the money I got was not enough to repaint the problem areas. Sold the mechanically good vehicle to a friend whose teenage daughter needed a car. Paragon Honda has an integrity problem with their sales people; as well as their repair department. This comes from the top down since their owner, Paul Singer is one of the 25 or so richest men in USA, and this dealership is simply amusement. Brian Benstock married his daughter so you have zero support complaining to the company true owner. Check the DMV complaint web site for Paragon. More
