Jose promised that within an 2 hours I would have my car and be out the door which was true. Then his co-worker Elsie Tavarez helped me understand all the functions of my car. I would recommed anyone I know to Pargon Honda and advise them to actually speak to Jose who is with you all the way and does not pressure you to purchase a car. He will listen and will actually take his time to speak with you without rushing you to buy something if you feel you are not ready for. He showed me the Honda Civic, and gave me a rundown of the pros and cons for the car for my lifestyle. I was put into a good car for a good price, and I couldn't refuse. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff experience was great (shout out to Elsie and Rachel). The finance department did whatever they could to help me, and I think thats where people think it gets tough, but their information was straightforward, fast, and have the ability to complement your decisions about buying the car or not. This place is great. I think many of the people who have been posting reviews about this place are incorrect - or maybe I was just lucky, but either way, Paragon Honda is a dealership I'm going to come back to again. However, to my surprise, Nazmus came across as being extremely personable and was able to understand my situation almost immediately. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the cars and deals they had going on. He went out of his way to explain everything to me, as well as provide me with reasonable options.
