Upon the recommendation of friends who had recently purchased a new Accord from Paragon, I stopped by to take a look at its selection. To my surprise, the same salesperson whom they had raved about, Na purchased a new Accord from Paragon, I stopped by to take a look at its selection. To my surprise, the same salesperson whom they had raved about, Naz, was the one who came to my assistance. Naz had a perceptive way of anticipating my questions and concerns. Any apprehension and feeling of being overwhelmed by the setting were assuaged by the capable manner of my salesman. Due to his courteous nature, I immediately felt comfortable, and was surprised at the fast pace and smoothness of the process. Evelyn was also a great help by explaining the functions and features of the vehicle. These comments are in contrast to a prior experience I had at the Honda location on Hillside. The aggressive salespeople and unpolished atmosphere forced me to leave right away. I feel confident that the price I paid was fair, and appreciate being dealt with so honestly. Not only this, but my salesman went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction. I remain with only positive memories of this experience, and intend to recommend Paragon and Naz to those whom I know are in the market for a new vehicle, and look forward to returning in the future. I cam ein for a used car and it was sold, but Juan found a car that was perfect for me. I had to also come beck to get somethings corrected for the car and he helped me out right away and made sure everythi a car that was perfect for me. Paragon Honda by far was the best experience I've had yet! Naz, the dealer on the floor, was very helpful and informative regarding car price, quality, and assurance. He made us feel as if he was getting us the best deal possible. He made sure to search every venue for what we were looking for. And it didn't take all day to do it! By the time we made a decision, the paperwork was drawn up and we were driving away in our new car within the hour. He even got his hands dirty putting on the new plates with our custom frames and helped me transfer my stuff! Evelin, the person who handled our delivery, took the time out to sit with us and show us all the features on the vehicle. I never had to open a manual! She sat with me, showed me how to work the car, and then stood as I tried it on my own. I have leased cars before and have never had this kind of customer service. Paragon Honda has VERY high quality customer service and I would recommend everyone visit this particular dealership. My hope is that you get Naz and Evelin for the great experience we had! More
Just picked up a NEW Honda Pilot from Paragon Honda and my wife and I love the car! The staff at Paragon is second to none! This is my second car purchase from Paragon (Bought a brand new Civic from Justin my wife and I love the car! The staff at Paragon is second to none! This is my second car purchase from Paragon (Bought a brand new Civic from Justin Hili in 2003). As a new, young family we came in with a strict budget; Justin Hili and George Faccio were able to put us in the car that we wanted...with a few extras for our daughter! Justin and George took the time to cover all the possible options for finance for us. As well as, educating us on what would be best for our growing family. Paragon Honda has never failed to deliver from the moment you walk through the door. Even picking up the car was a smooth transaction as Evelin Sanchez went through the entire vehicle with all the special features. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all of our questions. I cannot truly express at how satisfied and pleased I am with dealing Paragon Honda. They are always out to please every customer..and they haven't failed me yet! I recommend anyone with is looking for a car to stop into Paragon Honda. I guarantee they will not let you down!! More

I was looking around for a Certified Pre-Owned Odyssey with the right options/mileage/price. Paragon had a big inventory, and one vehicle in particular I was interested in that was very aggressively pric with the right options/mileage/price. Paragon had a big inventory, and one vehicle in particular I was interested in that was very aggressively priced compared to the rest of the market. I scheduled a visit a few days in advance. Three hours before the appointment I called to validate that the car was still available and then I made the two hour drive down. Upon getting there, the salesperson walked me around the lot while we looked for the vehicle. Turns out, the vehicle was in the "shop" getting a "paint job". I had called three hours before, they knew I was driving from CT, and yet they failed to tell me the vehicle I was coming to see wasn't available. I tried to not let the trip go to waste, so I looked at some other similarly equipped Odysseys. I looked at three others; 1) Car #1 had paint on the leather seats that clearly wasn't coming out, 2) Car #2 had so many dings and scrapes on the paint it looked like a tank, and they were not willing to repair the car, and 3) the third car had a few dings, but overall was in pretty good shape. The price was much higher than the Odyssey I was coming to see despite having the exact same features and even higher mileage. Turns out that vehicle was in an accident, which I won't purchase. At this point I'm pretty annoyed, so I say "Let's talk price on the vehicle getting the paint job". I'm told they won't negotiate, or even show me financing options, without a deposit. I've never even heard of other dealers doing this, and none of the others I went to required the same thing. At this point I asked the salesperson to let me know what condition the Odyssey I came to see was in when it got back on Monday and to give me a call then. I never heard back from the sales person. Between that, the pricing not making any sense given other similar Odysseys, them not telling me the vehicle wasn't there, and the mysterious paint job, I'm fairly convinced the vehicle doesn't exist and it was a classic bait and switch to get me in the door. Even if it did, the bad communication, quality of cars, ridiculous deposit requirement, and the lack of a call back is plenty to put this dealer on your "Do Not Consider" list. I purchased a similarly priced Odyssey elsewhere and am very happy with that decision. More

I have visited Paragon Honda more than once over the years and each time my I had a terrible experience. Except once, that was dealing with Clive. My latest experience was this past weekend. They pass me along to one of their sales people and shortly after I started to realize it was going to be another horrible experience. This person acted with arrogance and questioned my ability to afford the vehicle I wanted (2011 Pilot Touring). He actually acted as if he is above me, not knowing that my bonus alone is double the price of their Pilot. Anyway...I ended up walking out without getting any ounce of service. If you are a savvy car buyer, this is not the place for you. I feel that they would rather target unknowing customers walking through their doors. I have bought many cars in my time and have dealt with many dealers...PARAGON HONDA IS BY FAR THE WORST. If there is any reason you need to buy a vehicle from them, ask for Clive. Not sure if he is still there. More

We finally talked to Anthony Petito who helped to resolve all of our service issues immediately. The honda was fixed within 24 hours. We are happy with the service that we received at Paragon Honda and would definitely go back. More
