My vehicle is always serviced at my convenience which includes Sunday and on some occasions, without an appointment. The results of my service have always proved to be EXCELLENT. I visited Paragon Acura after having no success car shopping at other dealers on Northern Blvd. The atmosphere inside was very warm and friendly. Went to this dealership a few months ago and negotiated a deal with the Jose (who had stacks of trophies on his desk for Salesperson of the Month or what have you). As I had already shopped around, I laid ou deal with the Jose (who had stacks of trophies on his desk for Salesperson of the Month or what have you). As I had already shopped around, I laid out exactly what I was looking for in the way of a vehicle, trim level, monthly payment, etc. Without too much delay, Jose came back with their "best offer" and I put down a deposit on my credit card so that I could come back the next day, with my wife, to sign all the papers. To make a long story short, through a friend who was buddies with a manager at another dealership, I was able to get a better deal and called and told Jose the next day. He said he would go ahead and authorize a credit BACK TO my credit card and that it would be done within 2 days (amazing, since it took them all of 15 seconds to charge my card in the 1st place). Well after several phone calls and emails to the dealership over the next week, along with messages left on the Jose's cell phone - which he was eager to give me after a deal was apparently struck - I got no replies from him or management, just email replies from a nice internet sales lady who promised she would tell Jose and/or his manager, Jason. After over a week, I decided to go in after work and just ask for this to be handle in person. Funny thing is, as I was waiting at the front desk, another irate customer called in to complain about Jose and how he was not returning her calls, etc. Coincidence? I think not. I asked for and finally got Jason (Jose's manager), who very nicely greeted me and handled the transaction within about 15 minutes. I thanked him and told him it was a shame that this is how his "top guy" handled people and gave me a nervous smile as we parted ways. Do yourself a favor and do NOT make the mistake of buying from Paragon. They are eager to sell you a car and that's about it. No customer service...heck, no common DECENCY from one of their (allegedly) best salespersons. Jason was fine and that's about it. (On a side note: as I was sitting there the day I met with Jose, I also overheard a conversation between one of the managers (who had an Eastern European accent). He was trying to "strong arm" another potential customer. The name of the game is negotiation, genius! Someone forgot to tell him that. We're talking about Hondas here, not Maseratis, so everyone who walks in there isn't rich or stupid enough to hand over a blank check just because they want a car!) More
The tire light went off on my dashboard. I called Paragon (where I leased and service my car) and I was told to bring it in the same day, and Ayo assisted me immediately. Talk about Bait & Switch! The manager of this location, Justin, negotiated a price to trade in my car and buy a new car. We put down a deposit and waited to hear from them to secure the car we wanted. Whe Justin, negotiated a price to trade in my car and buy a new car. When we went in to close the deal they were unable honor the deal they made with us, even though we qualified within Tier 1 Credit. In the end we paid $1000 more than we were sold and that was after threatening to not do a deal with them because what they came back to us with was closer to $3000 more. The lack of professionalism, and the sneaky nature of how this came about made me sick. The sales manager and the finance person did not communicate prior to the manager offering us the deal. And so then the finance person looks like the bad cop and tries to re-negotiate the deal. To top it off, the finance person speaks English with a very strong accent so you can't really understand what he's saying which throws you off. And he throws all sorts of numbers at you that don't make sense in order to confuse you and convince you of something you were never prepared to do. Meanwhile, I am 9 months pregnant and we needed to have the car before the baby arrives and I feel like they took advantage of that. Sleazy! Do not buy a car from this dealership, especially do not deal with Justin! More

I had an appointment with Jack and he sat me down with Frank. Everything went well, Frank listened to my needs and told me what was available and what wasn't. The next day my whole transaction was given to another sales associate, which turned out to be just fine. Christina was very polite and contacted me whenever there was something important to discuss. All paper work was done properly and in a professional matter. Wendy introduced herself to me and was also very professional. She walked me through everything I needed to know about my car while I was waiting for paperwork to be done. My interaction with Wendy was important to my car buying experience. I was comfortable speaking with those that I have mentioned in my review. More
I drove an hour in traffic to see a car the secretary and salesperson said they have in stock and on-site, and when I got there, they did not have the car and Jason was no where to be found, even though I ca salesperson said they have in stock and on-site, and when I got there, they did not have the car and Jason was no where to be found, even though I called while I was on my way.
