Anthony has the total respect of all the service guys at the desks and every single one of the mechanics in the bay area- you can visibly watch it as he is in that area a lot and and you see how the men talk to him. Why? Because he's a good guy, strong, smart, knows cars in and out and a superb handler of people, very human. Maybe a missing element in a high tech world, which he is part of, too, of course. A very human human being. You couldn't ask for more in a person than this man who has been at Paragon a number of years, took over from another gentleman, Mr Weiss. Anthony just takes care of everyone in the smartest and nicest possible way. All the staff in this area just enjoy being around him... a HUGE asset to the Paragon dealership and everyone from Mr. Benstock down knows that. He's a real gem. I did my research and anything I was unfamiliar with he answered. After finding a car i liked, Mike got me a great deal(so much better than ive seen elsewhere) and walked me through the process. We came in to buy a certified used car for our three children aged 17,17 and 20. This was our first used car, we are very exacting customers and always bought or leased new. It had to be a very safe car with all the latest safety features, yet sporty enough to make the kids feel good while driving with their friends. My husband found a car with slightly higher mileage than we wanted, but it sounded good and he called Joe P. We went all the way out to Queens on a mid week evening and were greeted warmly. The place was packed, people buying cars left and right, yet we were treated with very personal care. The car we wanted was already sold that day - no this wasn't bait and switch, they do a huge volume of cars every day - but Joe had another car with very low mileage at a great price. He was sensitive to the fact that this car was listed for a little more than we had wanted to spend on the original car, but this car had 20,000 miles versus 60,000. Because of this we were able to reach a very fair price for a car that was in perfect condition, drove like a new car, the body looked great and they threw in new car mats to spruce it up even more. We agreed to purchase it the next day, and the car was ready as promised with no hassles. We test drove the car without pressure, and were very happy with the results. This car was everything Joe had promised and he and Juan came through on all we had agreed to, on time, at a fair price and with great customer service. Both my husband and I thought the kids would be thrilled - it looked and felt brand new, for almost 1/2 the price of the new version. All the safety features were top of the line, and I felt very confident that this would be a safe good car, yet good looking , for my three teenagers. Upon arrival home that night, I placed a ribbon on the dashboard and one on the hood, and we asked the kids to come outside - whoops of appreciation! They drove it on spot and have been sharing it and caring for it since then. I drove the car the first night and found it to be stable, peppy and sporty looking, much unlike what I thought a used car would be. And, Joe has called twice to see if everything is to our satisfaction which is a great feeling - I know that in the future I will buy a used car from this same dealership. They have my vote of confidence! More
