we purchased a certified pre-owned 2007 odyssey on a thursday evening. we went back on saturday to have some cosmetic work done and ask about the tires with different DOT manufactured dates. anthony w thursday evening. we went back on saturday to have some cosmetic work done and ask about the tires with different DOT manufactured dates. anthony was great at asking us what was wrong. he insured that all of our points were put into the work order so we would have that documented. he had 4 new tires put on the vehicle and ordered the other parts necessary (some trim and molding pieces). he said he would let us know when the parts came in and further said that we could bundle getting those parts put on with a free service since we were coming to queens from jersey. when we dropped the car off he actually drove us to the closest subway station so we could take the train to the city for lunch with friends. he called when the vehicle was ready. as we were walking from the R train subway station anthony drove past us (on his way home at 4:30pm on a Saturday, i assume), recognized us and gave us a ride the last 3 blocks to the Paragon service center. he also stayed to deliver our car to us and go over what was done and what was ordered. this was the best auto service experience i have ever had. it was honest and sincere customer service. we will continue to have the vehicle serviced at paragon even though it means a 50 mile drive from jersey to queens. to start off with i came into paragon honda on 55th street a sales associate approached me in the rain with an umbrella to greet me and to make sure i wasent going to get wet.. this was not my first ti street a sales associate approached me in the rain with an umbrella to greet me and to make sure i wasent going to get wet.. this was not my first time buying car but i have to say it was the best experience ive ever had buying a car monica was amazing! as soon as monica brought me inside she seated me asked to take my coat, offered coffee tea soda or water,she made me feel like i was at a mercedez dealer. we began talking about what are my interests and what i was looking to accomplish today so i gave her the ad i printed out on honda.com on a 2010 honda accord coupe lx-s.. now just to get off topic i first went to hillside honda, i waited for 15 mins before someone actually came and greeted me that annoyed me but fine, the salesman seated me i showed him the ad and he said great! now lets talk about fees he tried adding on another $2,500 long story short i left and came to paragon. monica said great come with me we went to their warehouse picked the color i wanted test drove it she explained everything in detail to me i felt like i had the car for my whole life i knew things in that car that i didnt even know in my old one. when it came down to the monthly payment i was waiting for the fees but monica had no fees she wrote the contract up on the special ad price i was shocked i was actually happy that i told her thank you so much for making my day on sucj a rainy day!. their manager mike came to congradulate me on my new car and asked how did everything go could of we done anything more to make your experince here at paragon honda any better i replied i dont think thats possible you guys were great thank you. my finace guy leo was extra nice made me feel like i was talking to my best friend. over all i had an wonderful experience at paragon honda and i would recommend anyone to purchase their honda there. Recently purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot from Paragon. It is a great car and in good condition. There was a small glitch when it came time to pay (paying with an out-of-state check) and they were very happy to a great car and in good condition. There was a small glitch when it came time to pay (paying with an out-of-state check) and they were very happy to work with me and present some options to work around the problem. Chris helped move everything along. My two critiques: upon arriving home, I discovered that one of they keys wasn't working to lock/unlock the car; apparently the battery needed replacing; I would think that keys would be checked out during the inspection and I had to run around to find a battery--key is still not 100%. Additionally I was promised a copy of the inspection report and didn't receive one. Aside from that, it was a relatively painless transaction for a great car at a very fair price from a solid, reputable dealer. And I feel confidant that if I have any problems, they will be handled by the dealer under the warranty. More
