Very happy! I am not the easiest customer....know what I want and like to research. For most sales people it can be an issue but Juan was ready for me. He was no nonsense. Got us great deal from beginning and there was no haggling...well maybe a little on my part. Paragon beat two other dealers prices.... one we brought car from two years ago and other told us if we can get deal offered jump on it. Now we are new owners of a 2014 Pilot EXL and feel like we got best deal possible...enough left over in budget too buy 7 yr/80k extended (which we usually avoid) but felt for the price the protection seemed worth it. I am sending both my sons to Juan when they need to re-lease new cars...what more can I say I am trusting Juan with my sons! Been driving since 1976 have brought several new cars and this was best experience at a car dealership! Thanks Juan! More
