I recently purchased a new Honda Accord and was lucky enough to have had worked directly with the Manager Justin Hili. I had done my homework and found it refreshing that he was not trying to “get over” on me. He was honest, relatable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. I could tell that he has been selling cars for a long time. He had the car I wanted in stock but also offered me other choices so that I could make the best decision….I did end up going with my first choice though ;-). Once I bought the car, he made sure that I was set up with the finance person. I was able to pick the car up the next day. I was able to get the car i wanted and enjoy it with none of the added stress. More

Fernando was incredibly helpful. He showed us the car we wanted, and took us on a long test drive, so we could get a great feel for the car. When test was done we were in a hurry so i asked Ariel to sent me price by email and he assured me that he will send it to me next day. 1. i wasted my time and did not test drive car i wanted 2. now after all week i did not get price from that sales manager (still do not understand how complicated that if he was ready to sent it in 15 minutes) 3. i asked them not to send me any Junk mail to my email and now i am getting it 4. i also got few emails to call them and Share my experience and i really try to use those numbers i tried few timed during work hours (at least 4) and only thing i get voice mail. i liked the car but do you think i will ever go to that place no way there are lots of other places to get it. and they actually showed me they they do not really care anyway. I purchased a 2011 Honda CRV from Paragon Motors on June 30, 2013. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, I met with their finance representative, Alan Gensler to discuss my financing options. Mr. Gensle 30, 2013. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, I met with their finance representative, Alan Gensler to discuss my financing options. Mr. Gensler presented 2 options. One option was a 3rd party lender, with an interest rate above 9%. The other option was Honda financing, with an interest rate of 5.34%. Mr. Gensler explained that in order to choose the financing with the lower rate, I was required to purchase the Honda Care extended warranty, at a cost of $4000. He then went into detail about the benefits of the coverage. I told him that I wasn't interested in financing an additional $4000 in order to purchase a car. He acknowledged my concern, and told me that he would remove the 'credit protection' from the warranty, and that the cost of the warranty would be $2400 instead of $4000. I was still not happy about being required to purchase a warranty that I had no interest in and told him that. He explained that after 3 months, I would be free to cancel the warranty if I chose, but that I would have to return to the dealership in order to do it. He explained that the balance of the 5 year warranty would be cancelled and that a pro-rated refund would be applied to the principal on my loan. While still not excited about that option - it's the one I chose since I would essentially end up paying for only 3 months of the warranty after cancelling it. That's the option that I went with. I returned to Paragon Motors on September 20, 2013 and met with Mr. Gensler again, explaining to him that I was there to cancel my Honda Care warranty. The first question that he asked me was if my loan was paid off. When I told him that it wasn't - he explained that I could not cancel the warranty. He told me that the warranty could not be cancelled as long as there was a balance on my loan. I told him that this was not the information that he gave me when my wife and I purchased our car, and reiterated to him what I explained above. Mr. Gensler insisted that we must have misunderstood, as he prides himself on being a very clear communicator, and that he would never explain to any customer what I just outlined. After some back and forth, he suggested that I might call Honda directly and see if any exception could be made, and offered to provide me with a cancellation request form. I took the form and looked it over, and pointed out that there was no language on it that suggested this was a request for an exception - that it looked like a standard request to cancel. I also pointed out that the form specifically stated that a cancelled warranty would have funds returned to the balance of the loan if it was still outstanding. Mr. Gensler did not address my point, but offered to take care of submitting the document on my behalf, which I declined. I simply did not trust him at that point. After returning home, I called Honda directly and spoke to them about what I had been told. They provided an email address for me to send the cancellation request, and it was cancelled within 24 hours. The prorated amount remaining($2276) is now being applied to the balance of my loan. Honda corporate also explained to me that, like any other product for sale anywhere, I am able to cancel the warranty at any time, for any reason. They went on to explain that there are no terms of Honda Financing that require the purchase of their extended warranty when financing a vehicle through them. I called Paragon Motors back and spoke to Alan Gensler again - and shared with him what I had learned. He told me that he was happy that Honda was able to clarify that for me. I told him that my concern at that point was how he could so grossly misrepresent their services, intentionally misleading customers. He did not address my remark, and instead asked if there was anything additional he could do to provide assistance. I asked to speak to his manager. Alan put me on the phone with a manager, 'Mike', who also insisted that it must've been a simple miscommunication. He told me that Mr. Gensler thought I was looking to cancel my loan, not the warranty, and that of course the only way to cancel the loan was to pay it off. I told Mike that the conversation Mr. Gensler and I had was very clear, and that his continued insistence that this was a miscommunication only made him complicit in the dishonest tactics of his financial representative. It's now clear after speaking with Honda directly, that Paragon Honda purposely misrepresented the terms of their financing in order to sell me an extended warranty. Warranty purchase is not required in order to finance through Honda. In addition - the warranty may be cancelled by me at any time. After researching online, I found many stories regarding Paragon Motors, many mentioning Mr. Gensler specifically, outlining the same lies and manipulations. My salesperson, Sultan, was great - he knew his inventory and pointed us to several vehicles that met our criteria. Mr. Gensler is a liar and a cheat. If you're planning on purchasing here - bring cash or finance elsewhere. I will never visit this dealership again. More
My husband and I went to the service center just to look at the Honda Pilot car colors and Brian Molina was in the lot when we were looking. We had no intention of purchasing a car from this dealer because at the Honda Pilot car colors and Brian Molina was in the lot when we were looking. We had no intention of purchasing a car from this dealer because 2 years ago we had a bad experience with the sales people in this dealership. But Brian explained how this area we were in was a new exchange program department and they don't get commission and they are there to get back customers they lost. I have to tell you how impressed we were with Brian Molina, and Jason Quaies handling our trade in of our Honda pilot 2011 for the new honda pilot touring 2013. I was able to get the color I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. We told them the price we wanted to pay that we got from a dealer in Massachusetts where we got our 2011 pilot because your dealership wouldn't match the price back then and the sales people were so aggressive and obnoxious that's why we did not buy a car from them. Well they actually gave it to us and made the whole transaction so easy that we were able to get our car the same day. That new honda exchange program department you have is a great asset all the employees there were so friendly and nice. I can't say it enough how very pleased I am with the service I got from Brian Molina and Jason Quaies and even Amanda who showed us the new features on the car that was so helpful. Because of Brian and Jason working with us we were able to get our honda pilot from them and not have to travel to Massachusetts and get our deal that we wanted they match that dealers $ and went above and beyond of what we wanted. I am so happy and I love my new pilot!!! I will send all my friends and family to these guys!!! More

I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are interested in buying or leasing a car. Three weeks in and I love my new Honda. It is the perfect car for me. Great customer service and extremely friendly sales reps. More
