WOW, I am really glad I didn't read these reviews before buying my car today! I'm a big researcher, and ironically after hours of looking at other places, this dealership popped up last minute on a before buying my car today! We worked with Hasib and Ruisdel, and both of them were GREAT. Even Muhammad our finance guy was collegial, clear, and didn't come off as a shady hustler. We didn't get the car we went for because it sold the day before, but Hasib gave us the same price on the exact same car in a color we actually preferred over the original car. I have no problem sharing that I REALLY hate car dealerships, and in a general sense, all of their employees. I've never had a good experience at car dealerships, and today I spent around 3 hours on a late Saturday afternoon at Paragon Honda and didn't get frustrated or angry once. If you've ever purchased a car before, then you know that's a miracle. It helped that I had secured financing beforehand, walked in with a good estimate on the value of my trade-in, and a good idea of how much the Civic I wanted was worth. Basically I was informed, and I feel like I got a decent deal at Paragon. I've had MUCH more painful experiences at dealerships. I walked away from this one feeling good. **I should say that I wasn't expecting much at first; since when we walked up to the Used Car lot there was a small gang of suited men looking very hungry, not smiling, and just this side of treacherous. I was very happy that my fears were unrealized and it all worked out. Getting a free tank of gas might be standard for some dealerships but I was pleasantly surprised by the gas vouchers Ruisdel and Hasib gave us at the end of the purchase. I really liked them both. Purchased my first vehicle about 3 weeks ago and I must say it was a great experience. I leased a 2014 Honda Accord Sport and I absolutely love it. The best car dealer that iv'e ever made business with was Juan Arias. when i first arrived he made me feel right at home. I was in paragon after closing and Juan was running around to other dealers tryin was Juan Arias. when i first arrived he made me feel right at home. He turned me over to Kevin Milan who as a wonderful way of treating his customer. I thoroughly enjoyed having Kevin take care of me. Employees as Justin & Kevin make Paragon Honda what it is today. My heartfelt thanks to everyone including Evelin who is a sweetheart. When I pickup the car I know she will review the bluetooth and navigation system in case I forgot how to set it up. I was the first customer of the day. I knew the car I wanted which at the time was not on the lot. Nevertheless Joanne and manager Hsibb located it and brought it to me to inspect it. I was literally test driving the car within 30 minutes of walking thru the door. Talk about a sales team !!! I was really impressed on how quick and effortless the whole process was. I got the right car for the right price and took it home the same day. I dont know what more to expect from a dealer. This is the second car purchased from Paragon. Highly recommended !!! More

Came in with my family, looking to buy a CRV. We wanted to know about the different options, prices, and test drive the cars. From the very beginning we felt very comfortable, everyone was very nice and we to know about the different options, prices, and test drive the cars. From the very beginning we felt very comfortable, everyone was very nice and welcoming. Juan took care of us, we told him what car we were interested in and he right away, gave us all the facts. Any question we had, he explained everything very clearly and was very patience. Coming in I thought it would be a lot more stressful trying to figure out what the best options were between leasing and buying but Juan was wonderful helping us out during the process. We didn't feel any pressure at all. We left with a brand new car, and we love it! More

After reading all the reviews…I CANNOT believe that all these people are talking about the same place where I just bought my car! I have to be honest…..I was dreading buying a car, the sales games that you have to play to get a good price and all the other nonsense that comes along with it (especially being a woman)…. but I actually had a great experience. I recently purchased a new Honda Accord and was lucky enough to have had worked directly with the Manager Justin Hili. I had done my homework and found it refreshing that he was not trying to “get over” on me. He was honest, relatable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. I could tell that he has been selling cars for a long time. He had the car I wanted in stock but also offered me other choices so that I could make the best decision….I did end up going with my first choice though ;-). Once I bought the car, he made sure that I was set up with the finance person. I was able to pick the car up the next day. I was able to get the car i wanted and enjoy it with none of the added stress. More
