This is my 2nd time doing business with Paragon and overall it was very good. I came out with the lowest insurance premium I've ever had, 2 years of free maintenance, a new 2014 CRV, and a happy wife. overall it was very good. Solomon has the right personality too; he's wasn't pushy and he was very mellow. A fast or hyper salesman is NOT the way I do things. He was also able to retrieve 2 checks worth $1,000 that I left in a test drive vehicle, he could have easily just pretend to look for it and not help me get it. But he went out of his way to get me back those checks the next day at 10:30 in the morning on a Sunday. Overall, pretty satisfied. More

I have used Paragon Honda Service Dept for about 7 years and I've generally been satisfied with their work and their customer service. This is the 3rd survey I've been asked to complete. I buy Honda because of 2 reasons 1) The service dept and 2) of course the quality and style of the vehicles, but service is the most important reason, a great car can be a nightmare if the service isn't good!
