Very happy! I am not the easiest customer....know what I want and like to research. For most sales people it can be an issue but Juan was ready for me. He was no nonsense. Got us great deal from beginning and there was no haggling...well maybe a little on my part. Paragon beat two other dealers prices.... one we brought car from two years ago and other told us if we can get deal offered jump on it. Now we are new owners of a 2014 Pilot EXL and feel like we got best deal possible...enough left over in budget too buy 7 yr/80k extended (which we usually avoid) but felt for the price the protection seemed worth it. I am sending both my sons to Juan when they need to re-lease new cars...what more can I say I am trusting Juan with my sons! Been driving since 1976 have brought several new cars and this was best experience at a car dealership! Thanks Juan! More

2011 Honda Odyssey Used car purchase : good experience I was searching for a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L and by comparing online prices, I saw Paragon Honda had some of the best prices. I contacted first via e I was searching for a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L and by comparing online prices, I saw Paragon Honda had some of the best prices. I contacted first via e-mail and then phone to arrange an appointment to view and test-drive. When I arrived at the lot, I was immediately greeted by Sultan who was quite courteous and offered to show me the cars. The overall experience was generally positive. I liked that Sultan was relaxed, and did not push on a sales. He offered to show me cars based on my choices and pointed out some ones with low mileage. then I did a quick test drive which was good. In general, I would highly recommend the experience with Sultan. Unlike other salesmen I encountered, he was quite calm, letting me take my time to view things and figure out which car I liked. I should note that Paragon Honda is situated in a very busy neighbourhood and parking is very difficult to find. However, the sales personnel help park in the used car lot which is good. Also, this made test driving more than one car a challenge because several cars need to be re-arranged before you can drive even one out ! I would think this is the main negative which should be addressed. I would have liked to test drive more cars, but it seemed like a very busy madhouse around that time ! More
