I found Kevin to be friendly and Knowledgable. Being first time leasers, we were a little nervous. He put us at ease with his explanation of the process. We left that day with a good idea of the cost and financing options we had available. After visiting several other dealerships in the area, we came back to Paragon Honda the next morning. We were greeted at the door and escorted to salesman Haitham Elkholi. Haitham was also friendly and very knowledgable. We mentioned we saw Kevin yesterday and told him what we discussed. He picked up where we left off and every thing we verbally agreed to was still in place. Haitham explained every detail of the sale, taxes, fee's insurance etc. He made us feel at ease and confident that we had made right decision coming to Paragon. Delivery coordinator Evelin Sanchez walked us through every aspect of the vehicles controls. She helped us sync phones to the vehicle and showed how to use every control on the dash. She was a walking, talking owners manual. They all made leasing our 2014 CRV a great experience. More
