Having my Civic serviced. Car fixed, marbles intact! I've always dreaded having my car worked on. I always feel left in the dark for long periods of time while the mechanics and salespeople walk around I've always dreaded having my car worked on. I always feel left in the dark for long periods of time while the mechanics and salespeople walk around as if you don't exist. Most of the time the result has been the same, they come back to you with a bill and double talk, nothing that amounts to much more than "This is what you HAVE to do and you're lucky we are saving you by giving you a "great deal"". I'm savvy enough to know when I'm getting screwed so dread was usually based upon knowing that I was going to have to be a vigilant sentinel ultimately battling in the end to find out the whats, hows and why's. I came to Paragon by way of a friend who swore to me this place was the exception to all those stereotypes. I must say I was skeptical to believe that my cynicism could be overcome however they exceeded my expectations in ways I didn't even think a mechanic's shop could. The shop is clean, waiting room comfortable and the staff operates as if they are more of a family than a business. Everyone was friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. At one point when waiting, I was actually enjoying being there, sipping good coffee, surfing the internet on their computers and chatting with other customers. We almost forgot why we were there..lol The wait was short and I could see that the reps were constantly back and forth checking on customers when something needed to be explained. My problem was relatively simple, tranny servicing. My rep was thorough and pointed out potential problems with simple explanations as to what they could mean and offered options for handling each. It wasn't my usual experience of getting hit over the head with a hammer knocking all the money from my pockets. Before I left I was stopped briefly by the boss there, Anthony. He seemed very interested in making sure I was happy, which seemed strange at first because usually it seems like service reps/managers can only manage a half-hearted bogus attempt at such but this guy seemed genuine. I got the feeling that he projected this down to his employees and it was very refreshing to see that. It was impressive to see a manager that can create such an environment where all the employees are invested. In the end I couldn't be happier and my only hope is that this starts a trend where more shops are like this one(not that I think I'll be going anywhere else for now on). The industry needs a new attitude and this place fits the bill! More

Miss informed and confused! I went in Friday afternoon, had all my documents availabe for the associate to make this the smoothest and quickest sale ever imagined. I went in knowing what I wanted and knew up front, based on my personal sitution, I would be paying more for my trade then what I was currently paying, it was how much more I was willing to pay. I went in wanting a Honda Pilot. Sales Rep, Lucas, very friendly and willing to assist me, gathered all information. I was in a rush, as I had an event I needed to be at Friday by 6:00pm. So i stated I would return the following day at noon to complete the transaction. prior to leaving he offered the Honda CRV as an alternative. thinking I would save a little more based on my trade, I asked him to continue with the Pilot, but run the numbers on the CRV. they seemed favorable for me, 2014, since I was advised by the Manager, there are no incentives on the 2015's. Lucas had a 2014 CRV on the lot, which i didnt care for due to blemish on the hood. He stated he would have another one for right away. I was there Friday, close to two hoiurs and Saturday, waited for the vehicle for 6 hours!!!!!!! UNACCEPATABLE! no offer's where made to me to compensate for my time, I was at work and left, thinking this wwas a quick in and out, perhaps two hours tops! all documents had already been provided. I finally left with the CRV, starving and loss a day of work! realizing after my anger subsided, what had transpired I called Lucas and advised him this was a Sh.....y deal. I wound up making the almost the same payment as the offered on the 2015 Pilot, on a 2014 CRV. I returned Monday to see what can be done, I was advised that I would be hit with a "Re-Stock" fee and depreciation on the CRV. after four more hours on Monday, and the numbers offered which more far from the first offer made, i just left the dealership. I even brought them the "TrueCar.com quote offered online, which i was informed, they are not able to determine the value of my trade and my credit history. NEVER AGAIN, not even for sservice will I return to this dealership or recommend anyone to purchase there. How they have the "Tri-State" number one dealer award is beyond me. I guess Honda has very low bench marks!!!! on a posive side, Millford Mills, did all possible to help me, but the Sales Manager, Ariel, advised him he would only go but so far. Ariels main concern was to make me aware "They did all they could" which was not true at all. Lesson learned, and life goes on. my purchase will not make you richer or poorer but for the next guy, be aware of my experience. take care. More
lied to and knowingly wasted me and my wife's time. Went to by a new accord test drove a car agreed to a deal for a 2015. We said we wanted to return after the car was properly prepped and we had time to get the insurance card in hand. Returned the next day with our insurance but when we got to look at the car in the daylight it had numerous scratches on the side under the drivers door. We stated we would not accept this car. We were told that in 4 days they would have the car we wanted year, color, trim level etc.. 4 days later they tried to pawn off a different color car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY LIE. More
