Paragon Honda Can't be anymore grateful with the wonderful service I received from the delivery coordinator, Mark Caceres and Paragon Honda in general. Came in to s Can't be anymore grateful with the wonderful service I received from the delivery coordinator, Mark Caceres and Paragon Honda in general. Came in to search for my solution to frequent car problems from my old car and landed a wonderful deal with an APR of 0% for a 2015 Honda Civic EX. No one had said hello to me after walking in the store but after a few minutes of aimlessly walking around, a friendly face in Mark greeted me and asked if I was being helped. He directed me to a very accommodating and professional salesperson, Eric Aragon. Eric was straight to the point and there were no high pressure tactics. We agreed on a car, color, and price and we got the deal done the same day. I didn't even know I could get plates the same day! Mark would come back frequently asking if there was anything I needed (sandwiches, coffee, tea) which was nice. I did not expect this level of customer service at a car dealership. Finally, Mark went over all the features my vehicle which overwhelmed me a bit at first, but he was super patient with me and helped me understand everything before I left. I'm super happy with my purchase. Will definitely come back for future vehicle commodities! Thanks again to Eric, Mark, and Paragon Honda! More

Horrible experience & unprofessional costumer serv. First I waited hours at the dealership while they were socializing and carrying on, asked why and they said my paper work was processing. 3 weeks late First I waited hours at the dealership while they were socializing and carrying on, asked why and they said my paper work was processing. 3 weeks later i was honda financial they still didn't recieve the contract. I then called the dealership and they needed me to come back in because they need a signature they forgot to ask me for. After this problem I found out from honda care that they had my ADDRESS wrong and thats why i haven't recieved my booklet with the service card (since i signed up for the 5 year extended warranty) Then after this and worst of all since they took long they made the first payment on m behalf without my consent of even a heads up. There's so much more but i will leave it at that. stay away!! More
