I successfully set up an appointment online, had a short wait time upon arriving (though be prepared for long lines), though my 2002 Honda Accord required lots of work, we were able to pick up the car at the end of the day and it was in excellent condition. Most impressive was the service we received by Michael Valencia. He is the most professional employee I have ever worked with at this Honda and probably any Honda. I give the center 4 stars and Mike 5. I did not receive compensation for this review. More

Best dealership experience by far! I've never dealt with such nice salespeople in a car dealership before. I was dreading looking for a car because my previous experiences have been long and and extremely frustrating. Mark Carrion, my sales person, was very professional and prompt in responding to my email inquiries for the Civic. When I came to paragon and met him everything went smoothly. He was very attentive and informative. I then met David Peña, the finance manager. He was such a delight to deal with. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was very honest with me and I felt like I could trust him. All in all this was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Thank you Paragon for making this process such a pleasant one!! And thank you David for such a wonderful experience. More

no good I went to paragon honda on northern Blvd considering leasing a brand new accord. Having recently reviewed my credit report I was pretty confident I wo I went to paragon honda on northern Blvd considering leasing a brand new accord. Having recently reviewed my credit report I was pretty confident I would qualify for a low interest rate. The salesman was very friendly, offering me refreshments and joking with me until I informed him I planned on visiting Toyota to compare vehicles. immediately he tells me that their deals are the best around (which they aren't) and pulled up toyota's Web page to prove it. Once he realized toyota had better promotions he ran my credit and informed me that my credit score was much lower than my personal credit report said it was. After an "explanation" as to why the scores we're so different they quoted me at $270 a month for a base model honda civic. I left the dealership with my feelings hurt. I went to toyota anyway just because I had some spare time on my hands to discover that my credit score was 30 points higher than the paragon salesman told me it was. Both salesmen used my expierian score with a 30 point difference leads me to believe the salesman at paragon fudged my numbers to get raise payments through interest rates. I will NEVER consider doing business with them again More

When I got a flat tire on the way home, he set up a service appointment for me to have the tire changed, free of charge by the following business day before noon!! He was always exceedingly helpful, he is very hardworking and has a great work ethic and knows how to treat customers. I would 100% recommend this dealership, and 150% recommend Sultan. Ask for him when you go, you won't be disappointed!!!! More

Great Service Provided by Sultan I was not a big fan of the manager or the finance person at this place, therefore I will only rate this dealership with 4 stars. Honestly, there were I was not a big fan of the manager or the finance person at this place, therefore I will only rate this dealership with 4 stars. Honestly, there were only two reasons I returned to this dealer. One, they had more options when it came to selecting pre-owned certified Honda CRVs. Second, Mr. Sultan Haseq was not your typical car salesman. We told him what we wanted and he delivered. We went to many different dealers and people were trying to sell us whatever it was they wanted to get rid of, not Sultan. Sultan was personable and understanding. As soon as we'd say no to something he was easy going and just went straight to the next car. Even during our first visit when we decided to walk out, he was graceful and followed up when he said he would. I am really happy with the service he provided us with. FYI I absolutely love my car! More
