Disappointed I purchased a Honda Pilot from paragon Honda in woodside NY. The car was listed as certified but they said it was not. When I arrived at the dealer th I purchased a Honda Pilot from paragon Honda in woodside NY. The car was listed as certified but they said it was not. When I arrived at the dealer the car was not ready to be picked up. As I wondered where the car was I was told it was being detailed. However I found out that someone took the car out for a test drive. We sat in the dealer office for 3hours to receive plates. After the plates came as we approached the vehicle inside was filthy. TONY WHO WAS TAKING CARE OF US LIED ABOUT THE CAR BEING DETAILED. So now we had to wait another hour and a half. I left my wife to wait for the car because I had to work. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. I AM STILL UPSET BECAUSE THEY RUSHED THE DETAILING OF THE CAR AND A GOOD JOB WAS NOT DONE. I give PARAGON HONDA IN WOODSIDE QUEENS HALF A STAR... More

Great price and nice team i bought certified Honda odyssey 2013 recently. This is the 2nd time I came to this dealership to buy certified car in three years coming from new jer i bought certified Honda odyssey 2013 recently. This is the 2nd time I came to this dealership to buy certified car in three years coming from new jersey. Unlike many dealership in NJ, there is no hidden fee (such as documentation fee) in the process purchase. The car price is also relative cheaper than NJ. Their competitive price make the price negotiation not a drama or nightmare, which like it. I particularly like the sale person Sulton and his manager Sayed whom I bought cars twice in three years. Besides being nice and professional, the best part of them is that they do not play games. More

The worst service you can get... Please note that when you buy/ lease a Honda and it comes with a 24 month long free oil changes ..... But you should also know that it takes 3 hours to get it done. I had a 11am appointment and left the shop at 2pm. The same exact service at any gas station would take you not more than 30 minutes. Who can wait 3 hours for a oil change???!!!!! I work 50 hours a week and have only 2 days off. I wish i could spend this time with my family not with other 30-40 people in a waiting room. If at least they would tell you on the phone so you can make arrangements to leave the car there and to pick it up when is ready. This place has no costumer service awareness. This is the last Honda i lease, just for this reason. More

COMPLETE SCAM... SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! BEWARE!!! I drove up from Pennsylvania to buy a car from this dealership. They had the best price listed online so I figured that I could not go wrong. I called up on a Friday night and they told me they would take $250 off the listing price. It was a no brainer to go up the next morning to buy the car. I had the person I spoke to on the phone text me the offer so that I wouldnt waste my time driving 3 hours. Well you wouldnt believe it... I walk in on Saturday morning and they tell me that they will not honor the $250 and they are making me pay the full sticker price. I was stuck 3 hours from home so I had to bite the bullet. Anyway, I go ahead and buy the car. It cant get much worse right? Well it did... The gas tank was empty, the windshield wipers barely worked, the car was not detailed very well, and the manager Rob and the other manager(female) with short hair treated me like I was the xxxx of the earth. The car was also missing a head rest and that took over 3 weeks to get in. They told me it took forever because of the Thanksgiving holiday. If you plan on buying a car, please save your time, money, and headaches and go somewhere else. It is worth paying a couple hundred dollars extra because they will pull the old "bait and switch"... Trust the bad reviews on this website and go somewhere else. More
