Very Efficient Sultan was great. He helped me narrow down the car that would be good for me. Thank you for the all the help. The dealership was professionally run. Sultan was great. However, on the downside, the manger only provided us with one financing option. He did not disclose that I could ask him to check for other financing options (except to take a high interest rate with HondaCare and other add-ons lumped in) until the very end of the signing process. He presented as if this was the only option available. I feel like I ended up buying HondaCare which I didn't really want. So, I'll watch out for that in the future. But otherwise, the experience was positive. More

TRUST I WENT IN TO GET A CHECKUP AND THE SIGNAL CHECKED. THEY TOLD ME THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED A FIX. I HAVE USED THIS CENTER THRU 3 HONDA CRVS, I WENT IN TO GET A CHECKUP AND THE SIGNAL CHECKED. THEY TOLD ME THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED A FIX. I HAVE USED THIS CENTER THRU 3 HONDA CRVS, TWO BOUGHT THRU HONDA BOTH USED. IN MOST SHOPS I WOULD QUESTION IF I REALLY NEED THE SERVICE BUT NOT HERE. I TRUST THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING. ANTHONY PETITO AND ALEX BIFNA WERE SO HELPFUL ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WHEN THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO STOP DRIVING THE CAR BECAUSE OF THE AIRBAG PROBLEM. Unethical, worst experience I leased a CRV here. I was at this place for 5 hours because the salesperson kept fighting me on the monthly payments and getting up to say "I need to I leased a CRV here. I was at this place for 5 hours because the salesperson kept fighting me on the monthly payments and getting up to say "I need to check with my manager." We finally agree to a price get the insurance, etc. and them he sends me to the little office where I was supposed to finalize the deal. Suddenly, the price goes back up to the original price because "you have weak credit." Except, I know I have an 830 credit score. At this point I confront the guy and explain that I know my credit is good. Then he says the change is becauses of taxes and fees. By this point I had been there for 5 hours, and they had worn me out, plus I needed a car ASAP, so I stupidly broke down. Every day I drive my car and remember the horrible experience. WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANY HONDA AGAIN. More

I went to Paragon with my Fiancé thinking that we definitely weren't going to be able to walk out with a car due to many reasons but Sultan and the re I went to Paragon with my Fiancé thinking that we definitely weren't going to be able to walk out with a car due to many reasons but Sultan and the rest of the Paragon staff were so kind, helpful and understanding.
