My First Honda CRV! I am writing to let you know how happy and pleased I was with my first lease of the Honda CRV. This is the first car I have ever leased and I had the most wonderful experience at Paragon Honda (Woodside branch) I stopped by to check the car prices and lease option. Mr. Syed Shah (Accounts Manager) explained all the buying/lease options so well and made it so simple that i couldn't resist to lease one on the same day at the spot (obviously no sale pitch / sales pressure). I look forward to having the same excellent service when I go back in another three years to pick up my next lease! Syed Shah is definitely the best and made me so happy to have made the decision I made. My sales person, Leonel Lucas, was such a pleasure to work with. He helped me narrow down the search for the type of car that suited me best without any sales pressure at all. After I signed the lease, he still kept in contact to see how my experience was with the car. I recommend Paragon Honda (Woodside) as the only place to buy your Honda from. More

bad customer service; sales rep didnt know what she was doin Sales representative gave me wrong information about some vehicles; she had to 'google' information about the car i was searching for; after I left a Sales representative gave me wrong information about some vehicles; she had to 'google' information about the car i was searching for; after I left a deposit for a car 'swap' after3 hours in the dealership, she called me a few minutes later asking to come back to fill out more paper work she 'forgot' or didnt know we had to fill out. VERY disappointed. Already bought my car from another dealer. Will never recommend. More

Extremely Inefficient! Despite having an appointment the service center took over two and a half hours for oil change and wheel alignment. I wanted one LED of the third brake light fixed. They told me that it took them time to find the right part; although, I eventually opted not to get it fixed as the price was too high with an estimated 1 hour of labor charge to fix one LED. More

Amazingly terrible service Tonay has no personality. The place felt like a bucket shop like glengarry glen Ross. It took 30 minutes to select the car, negotiate, and agree on terms. Then it took 5 hours until I got to drive off the lot. Why? They wouldn't let me take the car off the lot because I had my middle initial on my drivers license but not on my car insurance. I had to take out a new insurance policy to drive the car off the lot. I called my insurance guy and he'd never heard of such a thing in 20 years in the business. All the while Tonay was a non personality. Not attentive. Could care less. Then he slowly worked the papers and walked back and forth to the dmv office for processing. Gee that was fun to watch. And.......of course DMV (really?) forgot a document so Tonay had to walk back again. And that tooook a whiiiillllleeee. Get the point? If you don't live nearby (by the way I grew up nearby but currently live in nj) don't waste your time. You will immediately have a strong desire to shower. Save yourself the waste of time with no personality and service skills and shop elsewhere. Oh, let's not forget the lack of regard of kelly blue book value for a trade in that is posted on their own website! Really fun to be told the old rationale how kkb is useless. Bottom line - shop elsewhere unless you want to be a character in glengarry glen Ross More
