He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help choose a car that matched my appearance, my size and style. He has a great temperament- being that I was extremely indecisive in what I wanted to purchase. I commend my sales representative, Sultan Haseq, for also dealing with my indecisiveness. We must have walked in and out and around the dealership's parking lot about 50 times that day, and he didnt show me ANY type of attitude. He provided me with all options, even down to the car's stereo because I don't drive a day without listening to music. At the end of that day (I was there from 11:00am-6:45pm) I ended up leaving the lot with a 2013 Accord Sport at a GREAT price and I love it. I would recommend anyone to purchase a Great car at Paragon Honda. More

2014 Accord Sport Sultan was a pleasure to work with....had the vehicle ready for my wife and my self to test drive but someone took it before we did....Sultan called h Sultan was a pleasure to work with....had the vehicle ready for my wife and my self to test drive but someone took it before we did....Sultan called his co-worker to bring the car back since we were waiting. Overall great experience but waited awhile to close and sign paperwork which was understandable since they were busy that day. Horrified On November 17th 2016 I visited Paragon in Woodside NY to purchase a pre owned 2017 Acura RDX with 1830 miles on the odometer. I was pre approved by On November 17th 2016 I visited Paragon in Woodside NY to purchase a pre owned 2017 Acura RDX with 1830 miles on the odometer. I was pre approved by my credit union so all I needed was to select the vehicle. I saw the vehicle on the lot inspected it and decided I will agree to the purchase. I filled out all the paper work but was told that I needed to pay $500 to hold the vehicle in case I decided not to take it. Upon return it will be refunded. Remember the vehicle is parked outside on the lot. Not special ordered or transported from elsewhere. Needless to say I returned on 11/18/2016 at 4pm with all the proper documents and the check make out to the Paragon by my credit union. To my surprise I have just decided to review my credit card statement as I have not used it since then only to find out that they have charged my credit card $500 for "Transportation Automotive Expense". This is deceitful and dishonest. I am very upset and will be taking this to BBB. Thank heavens for friends who are attorneys I will certainly follow up on this. I am horrified by the experience. More
