Don't waste your hard earned money or your time here. Worst place on earth to spend you hard earned money. My parents and I both financed and leased three cars and my parents referred my aunt, my moms best friend and my dads best friend and other family members and friends and Paragon Honda took complete advantage of us despite all the business we have brought to them. Regardless of good credit and bad credit everyone should be treated the same and Olivia Shin and Kae Yoon ripped us off ESPECIALLY my parents and my aunt off because of their low credit. My dad traded in our Honda Odyssey EX-L NAVI 2008 and they only gave us $5,000 for it and promised my dad a $2,000 credit towards his next vehicle when we purchased the 2008 Odyssey, and our newly purchased Odyssey 2015 EX with absolutely no options never got the credit for $2,000 and his $5,000 trade in was used towards Lo-Jack, Extended Warranty, Tire/Rim? Warranty? what is that even on a NEW car? and an unnecessary alarm system for a car that will be installed with Lo Jack? WHY do we even pay for insurance if they want my dad to purchase all these add ons for having low credit? It doesn't mean he will use the car recklessly because he has low credit but come on, seriously? that's how you treat you loyal clients who bring you business? I will forever preach how my parents and my aunt were ripped off and continue to write bad reviews about this dealership. I cannot wait until my lease is over and going to do everything in my power to make sure my parents get their fair end of the deal and write bad reviews everywhere. This only came to light when I saw the news and the newspapers about how this dealership ripped off people and pocketed hard earned money. Paragon Honda might as well get rid of all the bilingual sales people because once you go into the finance office the Korean and Chinese and other spoken languages they offer go out the door and its all in English and that where the confusion and all the "ripping off" happens. BUNCH OF RIP OFFS! I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. I give 5 stars on friendliness, but thats MOST LIKELY because they just want your money. More
