Unprofessional! I recommended this dealership to my friend due to the large inventory of certified pre-owned Honda CRVs. After being shown several, we test drove on I recommended this dealership to my friend due to the large inventory of certified pre-owned Honda CRVs. After being shown several, we test drove one and after a price negotiation, made a $500 deposit on the car. We came back two days later to appraise trade-in and finalize the deal but interestingly enough sale could not go through since there was a lien on the car. Now it would take a week to come through but they could show us other cars. However upon checking DMV records, the title on that car was clean and when I called anonymously to check if car was available (even with a $500 deposit), I was told yes and available to be test driven. So lies all around from salesman to manager to customer rep. They obviously didn't want to go through with sale price negotiated or they practice the unscrupulous "bait and switch". Even getting deposit refunded was conducted in such a rude and discourteous manner. I should have read the reviews before going. Paragon does have a large inventory but can you trust them with what you are buying! Happy to say went on Long Island and had an amazing experience with Nardy of Smithtown. So worth the trip! We purchased a Honda CRV on Saturday and I am writing this review on a Tuesday because we have been out every single day, enjoying our new car. We absolutely LOVE it and couldn't have done it without Mike Adovic. He was extremely helpful and made our choice an easy one to make. He gave us a great deal on the car and we are forever grateful. Mike and his staff made us feel welcomed and they took their time with us, which made us feel important and special. This is the first time we purchased a car and we are so happy we came to this dealership. This won't be our last time here, we will always come back here to buy the next one!
