Nowadays, in order to maintain business in this competitive world, you need to create some sort of "trust" with your clients, otherwise, the voice of your clientele will be heard openly at sites like this one!! The best advertisement for any business with the "Word of your Customers", and without customer...you can't run the business. I ended up spending a lot of money that it was not required. These guys lack conscience I was looking for a perticular Honda Accord and when I went to dealership (all the way from NJ) they said it has a lien and will be lifted in 10 days. I was looking for a perticular Honda Accord and when I went to dealership (all the way from NJ) they said it has a lien and will be lifted in 10 days. I waited. In 5 days I got a call from “Jennifer” saying the lien is all clean so I again went there and this time 'Sayyed' told me that the Lien is still there. After 5 more days I was again called by “Mike” that the lien was lifted so I went the next day (all the way from NJ) and this time at the dealership “Sultan” told me that the lien was not lifted by the credit union. Why do you call me without checking the facts? After 4 days I get a call from Jennifer saying the lien was clean. Just one day ago I lost my first cousin and I told Jennifer that I will come after 7 days and if they can hold it. But after 7 days when I called they have sold the vehicle. I wouldn’t have been mad if they wouldn’t have called me 3 times only to tell me that the lien is not clear. I waited for 15 days for them and they couldn’t wait for 7 days (and that too for an honest reason). These guys seriously lack conscience and are extremely unprofessional. They all should feel so low but they wont because they dont have souls More
Two times at this dealership and still running same scam On November 22, 2015 my niece went with her husband to Paragon Honda and they bought a 2011 Honda CRV for $16,400. The next day my nice started calli On November 22, 2015 my niece went with her husband to Paragon Honda and they bought a 2011 Honda CRV for $16,400. The next day my nice started calling me to ask for my advise. She went on to tell me that Mr. Alan D. Gensler the finance manager had called her and told her to return to Paragon Honda to sign the contract again because he forgot to add the road side hazard insurance. I told her to show me the paperwork on the sale and for my surprise Mr. Alan D. Gensler had done the same scam he did to my mother in law back in June of 2010. Mr. Alan D. Gensler had told my niece that she qualified for a 11% interest rate and that if she bought the honda care, key replacement, low jack, road hazard, etc (totaling $4,647 dollars= over $6k after the end of the loan with interest), that he could lower her interest rate to 8%. The exact same lie he told my mother in law back then. He said that my niece would be paying $455 a month with the 11% rate which is more like 18.1% paying that amount per month. Mr. Alan D. Gensler then told her if she bought the extra warranties and packages that he would be able to lower her interest rate to 8%. I told my nice to go back to Paragon Honda and demand to speak to the Manager and have all the extras removed from her bill that it was a scam and that Mr. Alan D. Gensler had done this to my mother in law before. I told her it was all a scam to go back. She went back with her husband and when they got there Mr. Alan D. Gensler kept telling them that they can pay $455 a month with no warranty, or pay $437 a month if they add the extras. He went on to say the same thing he told me and my mother in law, that by adding the Honda Care warranty that Honda would rather have her pay less in the interest rate so she "can afford to get the Honda Care Package" and maintenance of her car. I kept calling her while she was at Paragon Honda and kept telling her to demand that all she wanted was the vehicle and no extras. She kept telling me that Mr. Alan D. Gensler kept insisting in keeping all the extra warranties and not remove them. I told her to ask for the manager Mike Adovic and put him on the phone for me so I can speak to him and have the same conversation we had back in June of 2010. At that time my nice told me that Mr. Alan D. Gensler was in another office talking to the manager then came back and told her "alright, we are going to keep the 8% interest rate and your monthly payments will be $338." The fact that it keeps happening goes to show that this is common practice at Paragon Honda. Had my nice told me she was planning to go to Paragon Honda, I would had told her not to go there for the very same reason of what happened to her when she went to this dealership. More

Easiest part of my day I was able to drop my car off and leave . They called once my car was done , they were kinda busy ( like always ) , but it was ready when promised , s I was able to drop my car off and leave .
