John was not only attentive, timely and professional - he went out of his way to make everything as seamless as possible for our family; he drove to our town in NJ twice in a two day period to facilitate paper work & to deliver the car. He is thoughtful and completely on point to what will support customers at every stage of the purchasing process. We were highly impressed with the dealership overall and with the various people besides Nicole and John who helped in the process. SO i happen to go to Paragon for more information. Of the bat Mahesh was amazing with his desire to make me happy and give us the best rates for our budget. I need a explanation Please never ever go to this place. This morning I brought my car to the service shop on 31th ave. at 7 am, and they start check my car at 9am and by Please never ever go to this place. The total cost of parts was $282 but the Labor was $1060 for 2 1/2 hours work. What a ripped off? worst place ever. More
