He took care of everything and answered all my questions that I had concerns about. Allister Harry was another sales person that helpful me out as well. He was extremely helpful and definitely trusted all concerned that I had he took care of. I have worked with Allister Harry in the past when I bought my first car at Honda so it was a great pleasure working with them again and knowing I walked out with the car I wanted. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MENTALITY AND ROCK BOTTOM COORDINATION. On Dec 24, 2018 - after having confirmed by phone at 11:30am that their dealership would be open till 7pm - I MENTALITY AND ROCK BOTTOM COORDINATION. On Dec 24, 2018 - after having confirmed by phone at 11:30am that their dealership would be open till 7pm - I boarded a bus with my mechanic friend to come to NY on a 4.5 hour trip (not to mention the futile return trip). I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Halfway into the trip, I got a call from Madeline saying the dealership was going to close at 6pm instead of 7pm (as I had been informed earlier). It was deeply insulting to get a person (& his mechanic friend) on a bus from Washington DC and to close earlier. I called the customer care manager (Salameh). She confers internally and calls be me back saying - Louise - a floor manager will be around till 7pm. Lo and behold, I get there at 6:30pm and the dealership is locked. I text Salameh and she informs me that Louise left early for Christmas Eve - as if Christmas only applied to their employees - and not me and my family. It is not in the Christmas spirit to leave people hanging after they've made an out of town trip to see your cars. Not one of you could muster - a sorry! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. More

Don't take your car to Paragon Honda for service Google need to add another way to rate these dishonest companies .. 1 star is not what wanted to rate them , it would have been satisfied with givi Google need to add another way to rate these dishonest companies .. 1 star is not what wanted to rate them , it would have been satisfied with giving them a negative score ( - 99 stars ) I took my vehicle in for service , they kept the vehicle for several days , when I got the vehicle back . My technical tools was missing , I called to make then service agent aware of the missing items , they never call me back . It's so simple in today's world there's cameras everywhere , just simply check the cameras . I know they had other customers with this same issue. But at least call me back and say something.. These tools are not cheap , I left them in the trunk space of the vehicle , I was in there for none trunk related service ( oil change , registration sticker and wiper blades ) My warning to any customer taking your car in for service .. Please be aware you can loose all your valuables. Take them with you in the waiting room. More
