Terrible Shockingly terrible experience. I have been on a lease for less than three months and my credit score has dropped over 100 points due to Faiz and Para Shockingly terrible experience. I have been on a lease for less than three months and my credit score has dropped over 100 points due to Faiz and Paragon management. This was only the most recent injury in a series of missteps by both Faiz and the Paragon team. Admittedly, I am a first time leaser and was expecting guidance so I must state that my expectations of assistance let me down as well. Maybe terrible service is endemic in the industry but I am compelled to point out a few things to other first time leasers so you may avoid these pitfalls: We sent a perfectly functional car in to the shop 20 days after driving it off the lot and received a call that the front tire was blown, costing us $300 and then when we disputed that were put on the phone with the head mechanic who promised us that we would have at least 6 more in the duration of our lease. A point that I appreciated the honesty of, not mentioned by Faiz or the leasing team. After servicing our car, the tire alert light was on upon us receiving it back, thus necessitating an additional trip to the shop. Check your car before receiving. Payment is not scheduled on the card you put down despite what the salesman says or how many times you send the car back and forth. Paragon financing apparently aggressively reports this to credit bureaus so despite being paid up, I'm back to the 600s. Confirm financing payment mechanism before signing the lease, clearly zero room for error. We were begged repeatedly for a 5 star review (management coaching, fine) but I declined to give any as this had not been 5 star service so I preferred to stay out of it. Upon seeing the MASSIVE and inordinate credit drop this evening I decided to give warning. Great car, very happy on that end but I would recommend being fully conversant in what you want and the leasing process before engaging with any dealer. And avoid Fiaz. More

Other places left a bad taste in my mouth. And then I found Paragon and met Jonathan. He was nice, helpful and didn't try to pull any fast ones on us.
