When my transmission gave up on a Saturday morning I had the 2107 HRV flatbeded to Paragon - knowing they are open Sat and Sunday and 24/7 practically M-F and could accommodate me. They also did most major the 2107 HRV flatbeded to Paragon - knowing they are open Sat and Sunday and 24/7 practically M-F and could accommodate me. They also did most major maint for my HRV , so they have records of my SUV. When they diagnosed the CVT belt was gone and the trans needed to be replaced ( and sent me a video of things from the mechanic- cool !) they sales team was very helpful in stepping up with the service team. They gave me $$$ on trade in and I drove out with a preowned 2026 HRV that I was able to finance- all very quickly and so far I love the new ride ! Paragon’s people were fantastic, professional and very personable too - I think they really saw the situation I was in. More
