I am happy to change my review from the original one star I gave to a 5 star review! I am not going to sugarcoat that Paragon dropped the ball with my car buying experience. I spoke with Murat from management who read my initial review and right away took ownership for the situation. His goal was clear - he wants customer satisfaction whether you’re spending $10k or $100k on a car. He more than made it up the poor experience I had because he knew I was a returning Paragon customer and it had to take something special to gain back my trust in Paragon for whenever I may need my next Honda. My car buying experience will hopefully be used for future examples of being honest and transparent with the customer. I thank Murat for his care and time to making sure I got back that excitement and confidence that I wanted to have when buying a new car from Paragon. Thank you!! More
