He knew what he was talking about the whole time and generally made us feel like he wanted to work with us to make the sale. The process was long but Sam was considerate and handled every single request. When I spoke to the sales manager he told us all the details Sam provided him and I was amazed he really listened and passed that info on to help us get a deal.
