Also, Jasmine did a great work organizing the final documents and helped even after the sale with any additional documents required. On the other hand, if you plan to finance ...be aware of 'bait and switch' tactics. I came ready with a set loan and rate from one of Paragon's participating banks. I shared the bank loan code with finance but despite my preparations, Paragon finance changed the loan term to increase my rate drastically without my ask or consent. I rejected the "new" offered loan and they had to revert to the original terms. regardless, Paragon finance uses misleading and unacceptable tactic!!! More
