I have had my Acura TSX for almost 6 years now and to be honest for 6 years I have avoided going to the dealership for service due to hearing horror stories from others and previous experiences. I recently received a notice from Acura explaining that my car was recalled and i had to go into the dealer to be serviced. From the moment I walked into the Acura service center at Paragon I was greeted by my service advisor Matt who was extremely friendly and courteous and explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to my car, not just a gimmick to get customers in the door like I previously thought. Despite being informed that I would have to leave my car half a day to have this recall performed Matt was able to get my car finished in 2 hours WITH a car wash. This experience has definitely altered my thinking as far as dealerships go and I may even be looking to purchase a new car within the next year and I will now most likely be dealing with Paragon when that time comes. One thing is for sure, I will absolutely be bringing my car in to see Matt at my next scheduled maintenance. More
I have a 1997 Acura CL and there was a recall on the ignition switch. I called the day before to set up an appointment the next morning, but unfortunately when I arrived I was informed they did not hav ignition switch. It was simply a mistake made by the secretary that made the appointment, she didn't check to see if the necessary part was in stock. I was very angry and frustrated as I had taken the day off from work and would have to go to work late the next day after bringing my car back again. The next day I brought my car in at 8am and dealt with Matt and he really took care of me and made up for the mistake by throwing in a free oil change and even got me a loaner car for the that day, the next (service is closed on July 4th) and Friday! So I had a brand new RDX to drive for a few days! Matt was great, he really went above and beyond to make up for the mistake the day before and because of him I got to work on time! Matt was very professional, efficient, and nice. The guy deserves a promotion and raise! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. When I am ready for a new or pre-owned Acura, I will be coming here. My car is 16 years old and if they treated me this well, it really shows how well they treat their customers. More
First time visiting paragon acura for service. a simple oil change took 3.5 HOURS of wait and didn't even get a car wash. it wasn't even busy like 2 people in the waiting room. And acura.com have no customer complain or service phone number. that's why im here on facebook i am really disapointed about acura service for their customers. ah. when i went to paragon acura service, i lost my D&C sunglass and some coins after repair or replace.. ma car. i hate acura. paragon acura and acura us. if anyone from acura service center reads this review, please leave the phone number that i could contact on my facebook wall . I went to Paragon Acura for service because it is the closest dealer. I feel they do not have work ethic; all they care about is how to grab money from you. If you refuse to do so they change their attitude right away; you just feel so intimitated and uncomfortable to leave your car in their hands. More
Needed new tires so I called to schedule service. The lady on the phone told me about a potential buy 3 get one free coupon. I went online and printed out and made an appointment for 9am. I went in at 9 asked what tires they had and took the michelins at 327. I showed coupon and asked to check allignmnent as car pulls to either side when hits bumps, maybe tie rods. 4.5 hours later I get car back finally and stated allignment was done and the car drives well. I was walked over to register to pay and quickly get a run down for bill. Kevin thanked me and left. I paused and reviewed the bill. Surprise, surprise... Three tires were sold at 436 and one at 327 was free. Seriously? Guess what the difference of 3 at 436 compared to 3 at 327...... It's 327, where the xxxx was the free tire. They simply jacked up the prices of three other tires to make up for it. big xxxxxxto Kevin for hearing me out and fixing this, but seriously? How can I ever trust Paragon again? How can you? More
