Acura Service I bought my Acura TSX brand new from this dealership 4 years ago and the deal I received was great. During the 4 years at this dealership, I had my ups and downs, as anyone does with any dealership. However, the moment I hit a down and got in touch with Mike Timpone, the Service Director, it all got resolved in a manner of minutes. Not only was he professional and humble, but knew exactly what needed to be done in order to assist me and more importantly to fix my vehicle. The way he represents the dealership is exactly how every individual should. Moreover, he put me in touch with a service advisor AJ; who is very polite and knows exactly what needs to be done. Both of them have been responsive with e-mail and text messaging, without leaving me waiting for days on any requests that I may have; big or small; they are always on top of it. I love my vehicle from the day that I signed that paper and put my foot on that pedal and knowing now that I have a wonderful team of Mike and AJ in assisting me when I am in need to have anything done to my vehicle is great. The two of them are a wonderful example of how everyone should be approaching and threating their customers; with them it feels more as if I am going to see a friend who is going to help me out, rather than an employee at a dealership who is just doing their job. Great job and all the best to the two of you! Hope you get an employee award at some point, you deserve one. More
I purchase the car in Paragon Acura. After a month later, i went to the services center for my car because i heard some kind of the noisy, so i stay my car over night in their company. Then they call me next i went to the services center for my car because i heard some kind of the noisy, so i stay my car over night in their company. Then they call me next day to pick up the car and said my car is fine, it is good to go. So i go to pick up the car. When i look around on my car, there are damage on the rear bumper and front left and right size are scratch. Also i remember my gas is almost full, and the next day there are only 1/2 left in my car. I talked to them why is my car has a damage and scratch both side. They said they don't know and impossible, and said i did it by myself. When i check in, the guys was look around of my car and no damage. After 1 day my car has scratch and damage. They refuse to help me and i will contact the BBB to file the complain.This is very bad company that i ever see, if you want to get your car damage, then go there but i am not going back any more. More

Came here for service, with no loaner available, not even proper car wash given. Would never come back to this dealership. I regret spending money in here, spent almost $70 k for my 2 cars. they really know how to treat people here at paragon and you can tell they actually care about their customers, that is exactly how you get people through the doors and returning for service. I did not even bring any coupons or ask for a discount and my advisor went on his own and printed them for me from the acura website, saved me almost $300, can't beat that anywhere. More
I have had my Acura TSX for almost 6 years now and to be honest for 6 years I have avoided going to the dealership for service due to hearing horror stories from others and previous experiences. I recently received a notice from Acura explaining that my car was recalled and i had to go into the dealer to be serviced. From the moment I walked into the Acura service center at Paragon I was greeted by my service advisor Matt who was extremely friendly and courteous and explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to my car, not just a gimmick to get customers in the door like I previously thought. Despite being informed that I would have to leave my car half a day to have this recall performed Matt was able to get my car finished in 2 hours WITH a car wash. This experience has definitely altered my thinking as far as dealerships go and I may even be looking to purchase a new car within the next year and I will now most likely be dealing with Paragon when that time comes. One thing is for sure, I will absolutely be bringing my car in to see Matt at my next scheduled maintenance. More
I have a 1997 Acura CL and there was a recall on the ignition switch. I called the day before to set up an appointment the next morning, but unfortunately when I arrived I was informed they did not hav ignition switch. I called the day before to set up an appointment the next morning, but unfortunately when I arrived I was informed they did not have the part in stock. It was simply a mistake made by the secretary that made the appointment, she didn't check to see if the necessary part was in stock. I was very angry and frustrated as I had taken the day off from work and would have to go to work late the next day after bringing my car back again. The next day I brought my car in at 8am and dealt with Matt and he really took care of me and made up for the mistake by throwing in a free oil change and even got me a loaner car for the that day, the next (service is closed on July 4th) and Friday! So I had a brand new RDX to drive for a few days! Matt was great, he really went above and beyond to make up for the mistake the day before and because of him I got to work on time! Matt was very professional, efficient, and nice. The guy deserves a promotion and raise! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. When I am ready for a new or pre-owned Acura, I will be coming here. My car is 16 years old and if they treated me this well, it really shows how well they treat their customers. More
