Rallye Acura refused to do the job saying they are not the selling Acura of my car but John at Paragon Acura tucker of it. They don't replace Alternator on Sunday but John went on did it for me caz I can't go there other days for job. Thank you John. More

Service is very very bad!!! I did not buy my 2016 acura mdx sh-awd from Paragon Acura and therefore cannot talk about the sales experience. However, I installed roof-rails, cross I did not buy my 2016 acura mdx sh-awd from Paragon Acura and therefore cannot talk about the sales experience. However, I installed roof-rails, cross bars, and fog lamp from this dealer's service shop. My service advisor was very good and took time to hear from me what I wanted done. Even though I had to call to find out if my car was ready to pick up, it wasn't a big deal that I did not get any call from my advisor as he promised he would. The reason, why I am not satisfied is because when I went to pick up my car my car was dirty from the roof rail and fog lamp installation. There were fingerprints and all sorts of other marks on both the rear doors and on the front bumper. My advisor already left when I went to pick my car and I told the guy that I wanted the grille that came off from my car to install the fog lamp because they were about $90 each. The guy told me he would have my advisor call me but that never happened. Next day or the day after, I got a call from the survey dept of Paragon Acura and I explained her the entire situation and she told me sorry and assured me that I would get a call from my advisor to resolve this issue. That did not happen. So, now that I brought my car back home, I decided to wash the car to take off those finger prints. After I washed and dried my car, what I noticed were not one but countless number of scratches on both my rear doors. Scratches are minor but you can notice them and there are lots of them. This scratch seems to be made from someones belt as they were trying to install the roof rails (just a guess). I just bought this car a month back. Imagine how I would feel! This is a close to $60 K car and thats how they serviced it. I would never go back to this dealership for servicing and if you care for your car, you should look elsewhere for servicing. More
Very disappointed DO NOT buy a certified pre owned vehicle from Paragon. I was sold a 2010 Acura TL in 2011. I went there because it is a very well known dealership. We DO NOT buy a certified pre owned vehicle from Paragon. I was sold a 2010 Acura TL in 2011. I went there because it is a very well known dealership. Well apparently it was repainted and they failed to mention that when i asked if anything was wrong with the car. The clear coat is just crumbling off. They had to repaint the roof of the car because more than half of it crumbled right off. Its happening again and they told me i have to pay for it. They sell me a flawed vehicle and want me to pay for its defect. I've had many new and used cars and this has NEVER happened before. I bought certified pre owned because supposedly it has to go through more stringent standards. Not at Paragon. It is completely unacceptable. I paid for quality and received a very lackluster product and the dealership is just washing their hands with the matter. Needless to say I will never buy nor recommend this dealership to anyone. Prefect service Thomas is a great dealer who can do Chinese and English service. If you speaks only Chinese, Thomas is a great dealer. After an incident with a different Acura dealer, I changed to having my car serviced at Paragon. I found their service department professional and friendly. With my experiences, I would come back here to try again for a sale if I’m in the market for another Acura. ***UPDATED 3/29/15**** I got a call from Bill, the general manager of Paragon. He assured me that it was a miscommunication and he had spoken to the manager who screwed up and the staff would be doing some additional communication training. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt - Bill came across as genuine and concerned, and we had a pleasant and professional conversation. He invited me to reach out to him if I'm ever in the area. I will take him up on the offer. END UPDATE --------------------- ORIGINAL POST: I contacted Paragon Acura through the form on their website to ask about a TLX lease. I had a price from a different dealer, and wanted to see if they could beat it. I included the EXACT details of my deal(monthly, how much $ at signing, etc.), and asked them to contact me if they can beat it. I got a call very quickly and an offer of $20 less per month and was told to come in, so I came right after work. Before coming in, I let them know that I live in Staten Island (far enough away to be annoying), confirmed the deal, how much $ due at signing, etc. and the numbers were confirmed over the phone. (it seemed too good; but the girl on the phone told me it's the end of the month so they're offering great deals) When I got there, everything was going great, but magically my numbers included almost $4000 in taxes and fees. I asked them why I wasn't told this over the phone since I made it clear that the deal they were beating had everything rolled into the monthly. Their response was that I was told. Trust me, I wasn't - I double and triple confirmed the deal on the phone so I wouldn't waste my or their time. When I asked what the cap cost of the car they're selling me is, I was told something to the tune of "I don't know". Seriously, don't go here to do business - they pulled a fantastic bait and switch to lure me in and then waste my evening, don't let it happen to you! More

I be came nervous and call Paragon Acura services to ask them if it was safe to drive home. I was informed by the Manger Mike Timpone that as long as I didn't turn off the car I would be ok. He also informed me that I should come right to deal and they would help fit me in right away. Once I got there AJ Series rep took my car and had it inspected. It turned out that the terminal was loos. So there was no charger. I left the dealer feeling I could trust Paragon and that they cared. I would highly recommend using Paragon services. More
Paragon Acura is aptly named Having my car serviced is always an inconvenience. I can't say how I long for the day that my automobile can run a 100k miles, maintenance free. But while I'm waiting for that day, I'm happy to know I've at least got a great service center to handle the job. I've gone to different dealers in the past and never have I met a group of employees that I feel I can rely on with confidence until now. I brought my car in for regular service and in the interim was thankful that the team at Acura handled their jobs with diligence. They spotted a potentially lethal part failure in my brake system, a result of the wonderful roads we have here in NYC. Something the mechanic spotted and that was uncomfortable with, so he brought a manager in to discuss the problem with me. Mike Timpone, the manager, explained to me the situation and after discussing my options he quickly helped me resolve the issue and get me back on the road. I'm grateful that they take their jobs seriously and communicate well as a team. It's nice to have sound peace of mind. Kudos to Mr. Timpone and his crew. More
Very Poor Customer Service I bought 2012 Acura certified MDX a couple of weeks back. Which had few issues and the sales person gave me a we owe list for the same. I have scheduled the service appointment for the same to fix but the service person were horrible in explanation and made me to wait 45 minutes for loaner vehicle paper work. Also he gave the ETA as Monday but I called them today to check the same and they said car is in body shop and they will get the same by Wednesday only after they will do the remaining work and they were not giving ETA for the same now. Very disappointed with behavior. I am asking the superior to take a look at it and correct the same. More
