This just happens to be my first public complain on the dealer. If I had known about this site before this would've been my third complaint. I'm very disappointed on all my encounters at Paragon that at this point there is nothing that can be done to change my mind about this dealer. So far two of my friends have gotten Acuras within the past six months and I've sent them to Acura of Manhattan. I made the right decision by sending them there. They are very pleased with Acura of Manhattan, unlike my experience at Paragon.
