Just the right car purchase experience I was looking for Thomas helped my mother and I with our purchase of a 2018 ILX. Needless to say, it was a seamless and no nonsense experience. After previously purchasing 2 acuras and 2 subarus in the past 10 years, the experience with Thomas was um-matched. We left the same day with a brand new car, at the price that we wanted, not feeling frustrated, cheated, our regretful. There is a level of respect and charisma you're expecting when purchasing a vehicle, or anything that costs a reasonably large sum of money. Just the thought of parting with the finance is not fun, but if you have a dealership that makes it that much of a hassle for you, why would you spend your money there! We had a great experience at Paragon Acura. I am currently considering going back for a 2019 MDX... and if I do, I'm not going to any other dealership other than Paragon and Thomas. More

I was fortunate to have Alex Matallana as my leasing consultant who worked closely with me over two weeks to lease two 2019 RDX vehicles with many acc I was fortunate to have Alex Matallana as my leasing consultant who worked closely with me over two weeks to lease two 2019 RDX vehicles with many accessories for the Pres. and VP of my company. We had two different pick-up dates and also returned two vehicles to Paragon as well. All this was done in a timely basis. He is someone who answers every phone call and email within minutes. Even if he was busy, he took the call to tell me he was with another customer and could he call me back in a few minutes, which he did. Most people would have let the call go directly to voicemail. With two difficult boses to please and training to be done, he arranged every thing seamlessly and even they were impressed with his ability to juggle and get things done.
